S.C.V.

Terran Commander

The SCV is a hybrid of other specialists like Murky, Abathur, and Azmodan. Basic strategy would be constructing defensive structures for allies while building summoning structures to provide constant lane pressure on the enemy team. The basic talent build would be for strong summons to push lanes. More advanced strategy would utilize the ability to lift and move structures. Skilled SCV players can talent into team fighting summon units. Lifted structures won't produce summons until they land, allowing the SCV to control when and where summons appear on the battlefield. Structures could be moved to provide vision and zoning potential while on the ground. All SCV created structures have HP and can be destroyed by the enemy.

Combat Trait

Terran Commander
The SCV can repair all vehicles and structures created by the SCV (does not include infantry units). Upon death, the SCV respawns from the Command Center (already constructed at game start). The SCV respawn time is significantly lower than standard hero respawn time. The Command Center can be lifted and moved. If the Command Center is destroyed, the D key is used to construct a new one. The SCV can enter the Command Center and be transported during flight.

Primary Abilities

Missile Turret
The SCV constructs a missile turret. This stationary defense turret will target enemy heroes within attack range. Does not reveal cloaked units or provide vision through bushes or over terrain.

Bunker
The SCV constructs a stationary bunker. A maximum of two allied units can enter the bunker and use auto attacks and abilities within normal ranges.

Barracks
The SCV constructs a Barracks. Every 30 seconds the Barracks summons a Marine infantry unit. The Marine is comparable to a ranged minion in HP, damage, and AI. The Marine does not have a time limit and will travel down the nearest lane until it is destroyed. The Barracks can be lifted and moved. Marines cannot be summoned in flight. A maximum of two Barracks can be active at once.

Heroic Abilities

Factory
The SCV constructs a Factory. Every 30 seconds the factory creates a Hellion unit. The Hellion is a fast moving vehicle with a line of effect attack. The Hellion does not have a time limit and will travel down the nearest lane until it is destroyed. The Factory can be lifted and moved. The Factory does not summon units in flight. Only one Factory can be active.

Starport
The SCV constructs a Starport. Every 30 seconds the Starport creates a Viking unit. The Viking is an aerial vehicle with a ranged attack. The Viking does not have a time limit and will travel down the nearest lane until it is destroyed. The Starport can be lifted and moved. The Starport does not summon units in flight. Only one Starport can be active.

Special Mount

Rocket Boost
Increases the movement speed of the SCV by 20% for two seconds. The SCV does not have a traditional mount, but can be transported within the Command Center.

Talents

Level 1 Talents

Hi-Sec Auto Tracking. Increases the Attack Range of Missile Turrets and Planetary Fortress.

Structure Armor. All structures created by the SCV have resistant and reduce all damage taken by 25%.

Neosteel Frame. Increases the cargo space of the Bunker by 2. Bunkers can now store four allied heroes.

Level 4 Talents

Infantry Weapons. Increases damage of infantry units and damage/repair of the SCV by 10%.

Infantry Armor. The SCV and all infantry units have Resistant and reduce all damage taken by 25%.

Orbital Command. The Command Center is upgraded to the Orbital Command. When Orbital Command is on the ground, SCV can activate Scanner Sweep, revealing an area.

Planetary Fortress. The Command Center is upgraded to the Planetary Fortress. The Planetary Fortress adds a ranged attack to the Command Center that targets enemy heroes. The Planetary Fortress can still lift off and move, but the auto attack is only available while on the ground.

Level 7 Talents

Marauder. The Barracks creates a Marauder unit instead of a Marine. The Marauder is an infantry unit that has more range and health than a Marine.

Reaper. The Barracks creates a Reaper unit instead of a Marine. The Reaper is an infantry unit that will prioritize enemy heroes and chase heroes until death. Reapers slowly regenerate health. Reapers have comparable health, damage, range, and rate of fire to a Marine.

Wings of Liberty. Increases structure movement speed by 20%.

Level 13 Talents

Vehicle Weapons. Increases damage of vehicle units by 10%.

Vehicle Armor. The vehicle units have Resistant and reduce all damage taken by 25%.

Stim Pack. Activatable ability that increases the SCV's movement speed and attack/repair speed by 50% for five seconds at the cost of 10% of the SCV's max health.

Level 16 Talents

Cyclone. The Factory creates a Cyclone unit instead of a Hellion. The Cyclone is a ranged vehicle that will lock-on to enemy heroes with a ranged attack. Only selectable with Factory heroic ability.

Siege Tank. The Factory creates a Siege Tank unit instead of a Hellion. The Seige Tank is a ranged vehicle that will switch from ranged mode to siege mode when in range of enemy structures. Siege mode provides additional range on attacks. Only selectable with Factory heroic ability.

Liberator. The Starport creates a Liberator unit instead of a Viking. The Liberator is an aerial vehicle with a ranged splash attack. Only selectable with Starport heroic ability.

Banshee. The Starport creates a Banshee unit instead of a Viking. The Banshee is an aerial vehicle that will target and follow enemy heroes. The Banshee will cloak after attacking. Only selectable with Starport heroic ability.

Level 20 Storm Talents

Thor. The Factory creates a Thor unit instead of a Hellion. The Thor unit is a ranged vehicle with two fire modes (direct and aoe) that will prioritize enemy heroes. Only selectable with Factory heroic ability.

Battlecruiser. The Starport creates a Battlecruiser unit instead of a Viking. The Battlecruiser is an aerial vehicle with a ranged attack. The Battlecruiser will target enemy structures with a Yamato cannon attack. Only selectable with Starport heroic ability.

Ghost Academy. The Barracks creates a Ghost unit instead of a Marine. The Ghost is a ranged infantry unit that cloaks after firing. Each Ghost unit will launch one nuclear strike on the first enemy structure it encounters.

Reactor. Each grounded Barracks, Factory, and Starport will construct a Reactor add-on, doubling the spawn rate of infantry and vehicle units. The Reactor add-on will be destroyed upon lift off or destruction of its companion structure. The Reactor add-on has no HP.
