Automatically shields and cloaks when out of combat after 4,5 seconds, absorbing light damage. Taking unabsorbed damage, attacking, or channeling reveals you.

Fan of Knives
Create a mobile fan-shaped zone centered on the character in a target direction, dealing moderate damage, that lasts for 3 seconds. Maiev is slowed while using this ability.

Warden's Clutch
You and an enemy hero are restricted to a short range of each other for 2 seconds. The enemy hero cannot use basic attacks against you. Maiev is slowed while using this ability.

Blink (REWORK PENDING)
Strafe teleport in a target direction. Cannot use this ability while Warden’s Clutch is active.
[Note; Zeratul's blink ability is locational, while this blink is directional. Maiev always blinks her maximum distance, meaning that she can overshoot her target.]

The Guilty will Suffer
Whenever a nearby enemy hero activates a heroic ability with a cooldown of 50 seconds or more, this ability becomes active for 5 seconds. Summon 4 Ambushing Huntresses to surround and attack that enemy hero for 8 seconds or until the Ambushing Huntresses are killed.
Summons an Avatar of Vengeance at target location. Deaths of friendly minions within it’s radius spawn Spirits of Vengeance, which deal light damage.
Tactics
When I created this concept, I set out not to make Maiev a Zeratul clone. I did so by giving her abilities different applications than Zeratul's and making her better at sustaining and controlling the battlefield than to burst damage.
Her AoE is sustained and mobile, centered on her. She has a weaker version of the void prison; it doesn't immoblize the target, they can still move, but only at a set distance from Maiev and vice versa. When combined these abilities create a backpedaling effect. To counter the effectiveness, Maiev is slowed while using Fan of Knives and Warden's Clutch, but she can catch up by using Blink.
She lies in wait with her Shadowmeld ability, which resists initial burst AoE, allowing her to get a second chance to sneak up on an Assassin hero (like Illidan).

24th of May 2015: Given the sensitivity of a team's positioning and the reactionist way this ability works, this ability has been changed to activate whenever an enemy uses a heroic and surrounds him by body-blocking spawned minions rather than players.
ORIGINAL:
Whenever a nearby ally dies, this ability becomes active for 5 seconds. Teleport all other nearby allies to the enemy that landed the killing blow and stun them for 2 seconds.
They implemented my favorite Warcraft 3 character and it seems either they took my design as inspiration or they were just thinking along the same lines! IT'S SO SIMILAR! I'M SO HAPPY! AHAHAHAH!
You did a nice work with the concept but sorry, I don't want another cancer perma-invis hero.
As much as I don't like facing it, it's much worse when such hero is on my team, running around invisible 24/7 and doing nothing.
looks really good, I would be very excited to play with this character. the concept you have here looks like a lot of fun
