Adjutant's main focus would be navigating and expanding her network to best support her allies. Her network do not provide vision except for the ones adjacent to Adjutant current position. All her abilities require local range to Adjutant but she can quickly transit through her network. Her auto attacks are reasonably weak as support so she focuses more on area dominance through her Perdition Turrets and Supply Depots. In order for Adjutant to be 'connected' to a structure she simply needs to be located on the node the structure is built on.
To clarify on how she gets around, she selects a node to travel to and will travel through her network to get to that node as long as it is connected. Since the nodes can be destroyed maintaining and expanding this network will be a large component of her gameplay. The charges of nodes in addition to the short cooldown should help keep her from getting cut off and dying but it would be important to always have an escape route just in case.
I won't go too much into talent tiers as that falls under a balance umbrella I feel too strict for initial concepts, but here are some examples of what they might look like.
Add-on Complete: Supply Depot's and Perdition Turret's can now 'burrow' to become untargetable for a limited duration. (Active)
Battle Network: Network is now stealthed.
Upgrade Complete: Increase the health of Supply Depots and the damage of Perdition Turrets.
Manifest Destiny: Rapid Deployment can now go through walls.
Packet Refinement: Gain speed and mana for each network node Adjutant passes in transit. Resets upon Connection.
Additional Supply Depots Required: Increase the maximum number of supply depots to 4.
