[d] Conductive Charge

Put a Conductive Charge on a target. While the target remain near Akama a electric link will be created between them dealing 21.4 damage (4% per level) per 0.5 sec to all enemies in contact whit it (its is a lightining that will link Akama with a target and enemies between will take damage much like Alarak Lightning Surge). You can target anything (alies and enemies unites and buildings) but can only have Conductive Charge in 1 target at a time. If the target with Conductive Charge is a enemy it will not be knoked back, but will take 10% more damage and be stunned for 1 sec. If the target with Conductive Charge is too far away, Akama will be targeted and stunned instead.
