Expands his body, allowing Al'Akir to pass through structures and Heroes as well as avoids Basic Attacks for 5 seconds.

(Smart Cast) Arc a bolt of lighting to the nearest target with the most Mana (or resource), dealing 125 (+4% per level) damage and Silencing the target for 1 second.

Causes acid to rain from the sky dealing 95 (+4% per level) damage per second to all enemies in a massive area for 10 seconds. Damage increases by 5% for every 2 seconds enemies stay in effect. Can be cast globally.

Mana: 40 Cooldown: 50 Seconds
Create a wind storm at a target location, influencing all enemy movements toward the center. Lasts 5 seconds, can be cast globally.
Talents
Level 1:
[Q] Storm Front: Electrocute range increased by 20%.
[Q] Arc Lighting: Every 2 seconds, deal an additional 75 (+4% per level) damage to a nearby target.
[E] Static Siphon: Static Shock also drains 5% of a Hero's resource
I'm not too sure if this kit works as a tank. I can see this helping with initiating, speeding up allies and using Wind Burst to slow down enemies. I think you have an interesting kit here, but it's not really a bruiser. Sonya has her ability to stun and sustain herself, she also has a number of very defensive talents. Artanis, another such tank, has a lot of tanking talents. What you have here right now is mostly damage oriented, more of a utility damage dealer I think.
Again it's cool, I like it, but its not really a bruiser off tank.
If you wanted a bruiser then I like this. It would be hard to have him as a true tank, though. The crowd control reduction is a huge benefit but he lacks sustain or peeling ability.agf
my thinking was like a sonya role, more of an off tank bruiser, but features more of a specific counter with his W. If the enemy team has an illidan, greymane, lunara, he can completely avoid their damage for 5 seconds while avoiding body blocks and structures. So his sustain revolves around the timing of his W and the timing of his silences.
