Talent Ideas:
Level 1:
- Gathering Storm: Every Globe of Regeneration increases your passive Storm Power generation by 0.05 SP per second.
- Wind Shield: Generates a Charge of Block (50% Physical Armor) every 3 seconds while walking against the wind, maximum 2 charges.
- Seeing Star: Creates a Seeing Star at the target location for 60 seconds. Can be replaced once to a global location. Can be destroyed with 2 hits. 80 seconds CD.
- Breaking the Sound Barrier: The summoned tornados from "Tornado Blows" move 100% faster.
Level 4:
- Four Winds: "Tornado Blows" now affect the next 4 attacks.
- Warm Rain: Increases the healing from "Eye of the Storm" by 40%.
- Blink of an Eye: The delay of "Skystrike's" Damage and healing gets reduced to 0.5 seconds.
- Frozen Feet: Increases the slow from "Skystrike" to 70% and the slow duration by 0.5 seconds.
Level 7:
- Efficiency: "Skystrike" now generates 15 SP.
- Heavy Blows: The Tornados' size is increased by 20% and their damage by 50%.
- Wind's Domain: Increases the radius of "Eye of the Storm" by 25%.
- Storm Ward: Places a Storm Ward for 10 seconds that will heal nearby allys for 2% of their health every second and generate 2 SP per second for Al'Akir. Can be destroyed with 4 hits. 70 seconds CD.
Level 10:
- See above.
Level 13:
- Forced Regeneration: If "Skystrike" is used to heal an ally, it will heal him for an additional 100% of the healed amount over 4 seconds.
- Drained Essence: "Tornado Blows'" Tornados will heal you for 50% of the damage they dealt if you call them back.
- Hand of the Wind: "Lightning cage" now also has a 50% higher casting range.
Level 16:
- Cutting through Paper: "Tornado Blows" now increases Attack Speed by 100% for its duration.
- Recalculation: When Al'Akir ends "Eye of the Storm" early the remaining Storm Power is no longer lost, but projected as a shield for Al'Akir with 1% of his health for every unused SP. Lasts 3 seconds.
- Counter Attack: If "Hurricane Shield" reflects a spell, your Ability Power is increased by 30% for 3 seconds.
- World Domination: Removes the cooldown of "Blessing of the Air". Allies are now only slowed by 5%, when walking against the wind.
Level 20:
- North Wind Empowerment: "Blade of Skywall" is now reduced by 3% per enemy hit and can hit 10 additional enemies before it disappears. Also increases its damage by 40%.
- Southern Stroms: Increases the radius of "Shattering Storms" by 20%. The damage done by the spell is now immediately returned as healing to the most injured allied hero in the area.
- Skywall Blades: 30% more AA damage and 20% more attack range.
