A reworking of my old concept made to be more in line with the recent Role Changes, and with just a bit more wisdom added in.
Lord of the Wind and Air, Al'Akir is a cunning and elusive Melee Assassin who can avoid damage through sustained combat and punish enemies who get too close.

Combat Trait

Windform
Activate to dissipate your body for 2 seconds. While in Windform, you gain 30% Movement Speed, dodge Basic Attacks and lose character collision. This ability has no cooldown, instead being recharged by Damaging enemies with Basic Attacks 20 times. Attacking a Hero counts as 2 points of charge.

Wind Shear
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Mana: 30
Activate to make your nest 3 Basic Attacks become Ranged, piercing skillshots dealing 100 damage. Each enemy hit charges Windform.

Lightning Cloud
Cooldown: 14 seconds
Mana: 60
Surronund yourself with a thick cloud for 6 seconds. For each Enemy unit within the cloud, the slow applied by the cloud increases by 1% per second, 2% per second for Enemy Heroes. If the slow reaches a maximum of 40% the cloud will explode, dealing 175 damage to units within it and stunning them for 1 second.

Wind Burst
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Mana: 40
Create a ball of air at a target location that explodes after 3 seconds or on reactivation, dealing damage and knocking back enemies. The damage and area of effect grows as the ability charges, dealing up to 145 damage.

Squall Line
Cooldown: 120 seconds
Mana: 100
Create a large whirlwind at your location for 8 seconds. The very center of the whirlwind deal 150 damage per second, but damage quickly falls off the farther you get from the center. A wall of cyclones pivots counterclockwise around the center of the whirlwind, pushing enemies that contact them toward the center.

Lightning Rod
Cooldown: 70 Seconds
Mana: 70
Fire a bolt of lightning in a target direction which deals ? damage to the first enemy it hits. The target becomes charged with electricity for 7 seconds, and when within range of another enemy will deal 140 damage to them and themselves every second. Secondary target is chosen randomly, and every time it damages a Hero the duration will slow by 50% for 1 second.

Talents
Level 1
Thunderstruck [W] Quest: Hit Heroes with Lightning Cloud's detonation. Reward: After hitting at least 1 Hero 10 times with Lightning Cloud, increase base damage by 30. Reward: After hitting 2 Heroes with Lightning Cloud 5 times, increase base slow to 10%. Reward: After hitting 3 Heroes with a single Lighting Cloud, unlock all previous rewards and Blind targets for 2 seconds after the Stun ends.
Blade of Gales [Q] Quest: Hit 30 Heroes with Wind Shear. Reward: Increase the Base Damage of Wind Shear to 120 and extends the range by 25%.
Black Empire Tactician [Z]
While Mounted, you recover Mana at 200% Speed and will remain mounted for 1.5 seconds after taking damage, Attacking an enemy or casting an Ability.
Level 4
Restorative Winds [Q]
Heal for ? HP of each time Wind Shear Damages a Hero.
Eye's of Al'Akir[Passive]
Passing through a Bush gives you vision through it for 5 seconds.
Windbound Minions[Passive]
Non-Boss Mercenaries captured by Al'Akir have their Attack and Movement Speed increased by 20% for 20 seconds. Al'Akir must be standing on the Objective when it captures for the effect to work.

Supersonic [Q]
Increase movement speed by 30% for 2 seconds after each empowered attack.
Storm Charge [W]
Gain 20% movement Speed upon activating Lightning Cloud. Speed bonus decreases proportionally to Lightning Cloud's slow.
Pressure Drop [E]
Wind Burst leaves a slowing area in its blast radius for 3 seconds after exploding, slowing enemies by 40%.
Level 10
HEROICS
Level 13
Suffocate [D]
Deal 2% of an enemies Total Hp in damage every 0.5 seconds while sharing the same space as them in Windform. Heal for Half the damage dealt this way.
Jet Stream [Q]
Using Wind Shear consecutively against the same enemy Hero will will refund a charge, allowing the ability to be used indefinitely. However, the cooldown will only start once all charges are spent.
Thunderous Rage[Passive]
Deal 20 Damage Per Second to nearby enemies. While Lighting Cloud is active this damage is dealt to all enemies within the cloud and it passively gains 2% Slow every second.
Level 16
Into Thin Air [D]
Activating Windform puts you into Stealth for its duration.
Stormling [E]
Wind Burst spawns an Immobile Wind Elemental after it explodes. Wind Elemental has 250 Hp, plus an additonal 50 Hp for every second Windburst spent charging, will attack enemies near it for ? damage per second and will Mimic your next Basic Ability cast. Lasts for 6 seconds.
Turbulence [E][Active]
Gain a second Charge of Wind Burst on the One key. This second version acts identical to the original, talents included, but has it's own cooldown and reactivation trigger.
Level 20
Relentless Storm [R1]
A second line of cyclones travels opposite of the original. Cyclones orbit at half of original speed.
Electrocute [R2]
Damage is now dealt to all allies within range. Hitting an enemy Hero three consecutive times with Lightning Rod's AoE will apply a second Lightning Rod to them, but at half the duration. Can only spread from the primary target.
Thunderhead [W]
If Lightning Storm reaches 20% slow, it grows 25% bigger and it's duration is refunded by 2 seconds.
Tempest[Active]
Cooldown: 100 seconds
Activate to grant yourself and allies around you an untalented Windform.
