Aldaris

Judicator of Conclave

A strong believer in the Khala and loyal to the Conclave, Aldaris was a significant figure in the events leading up to and during the Brood War. Although harsh and stubborn, Aldaris was devoted to the survival of his people even willing to accept the aid of those he considered to be no more than "heretics." He was the only one amongst his peers who saw through the Kerrigan's deception and his efforts to reveal her treachery resulted in being branded as a traitor. The tragic hero now stumbles upon the Nexus to purge the zerg and continue to protect the Protoss at any cost.

Combat Trait

Resolve of Judicator
Passive: Grants allied heroes 5% basic attack damage for each hero other than Aldaris and his illusions nearby the latter. Maximum bonus 10%. Activate this trait to remove the bonus but grant 15% spell power instead for 4 seconds. Takedowns reset cooldown of trait.

Primary Abilities

Disruption field
Deals medium damage to non-structure enemies in a circle around him and his illusions (see W), slowing them for 20% for 2.5 seconds. Damage and slow don't stack even if multiple disruption field hit single enemy. He and his illusions become protected for 1.75 seconds. Aldaris can use Q even if he is channeling other abilities.

Illusion
Instantly teleports for a short distance and becomes invisible for 1.75 seconds, leaving an illusion. Aldaris's basic attacks against heroes reduce the cooldown by 6 seconds. His illusion doesn't reduce cooldown.

Recall
Targets a location, after 1 second of channeling Aldaris and all his illusions teleport toward the location for a short distance, dealing medium damage to non-structure enemies in a circle around both Aldaris and his illusion. Damage and effect stacks. Heroes damaged by each recall attacks have damage reduced by 15% for 2.5 seconds, up to 45%.

Heroic Abilities

Cloaking field
Calls an arbiter. After 2 seconds cloaks every friendly unit in a circle area near Aldaris (but not his illusions) for 5 seconds. Cloaked units can not be revealed unless under effect of forced reveal ability, and cannot be targeted. The cloaking area follows Aldaris with 50% movement speed.

Cloaking field is terminated whenever Aldaris is interrupted by Stun or Statis.

Static field
Channels for 2 seconds, during this time he cannot use Q (as opposed to other abilities). He then unleashes a rectangle wave of static field in a direction in front of him, all enemy non-structure units caught in the area at this instant are put into statis for 4 seconds.

Illusion

Illusion lasts for 22 seconds, has 100% current health of Aldaris but takes 400% damage from heroic sources. Illusion basic attacks only deals 50% damage.

They can be independently controlled but can only use basic attacks, however Q and E can be used when controlling illusion, although they share cooldown with the real Aldaris. When illusion is created it enters protected state for 1.75 seconds. Only up to 2 illusions can be present at the same time.

Aldaris and his illusion staying together will not increase the attack damage or spell power bonus of trait. If Aldaris and illusion are far away from each other and one hero stays close to each of them, they both contribute to the trait bonus. If one hero is in range of both Aldaris and illusion the bonus is not increased, only 1 hero is counted. In other words illusions increase the area where Resolve of Judicator can benefit allied heroes but the bonus amount is directly related to number of number of allied heroes. Samuro is not benefited but Rexxar will since Misha will give enemy experience when defeated.

Disruption field and Illusion abilities are expected to look very alike each other by the enemy side.

L1
Strengthened resolve (D) - Increase maximum bonus of Resolve of Judicator to 15%
Psionic Haste (D) - Resolve of Judicator also grants 5% speed boost up to 10%
Loyalty to the Conclave (D) - Resolve of Judicator also grants attack and spell power to Aldaris and illusions

L4
(Q) - After not taking heroic damage for 5 seconds, Disruption field recharges 50% faster (Damaged illusions will not reset the countdown)
(W) - Quest: Absorb heroic attacks when Illusion is in protected state
After 50 attacks, increase length of protected state of Illusion by 0.5 seconds
After 100 attacks, increase length of protected state of Disruption field by 0.5 seconds
After 150 attacks, increase length of stealth of Illusion by 0.75 seconds
(E) - If Recall damages the same non-structural enemy at least twice, deal 50% more damage over time per extra damage count to the target(s)

(Q) - Aldaris and his illusions gain 5% movement speed per enemy hero damaged by Disruption field, up to maximum of 25%
(Q) - Disruption field now grants maximum of 35% slow
(E) - Recall grants shield for 3 seconds to Aldaris and illusions equal to 80% of total untalented damage dealt to enemy heroes

(Q) - When protected, entering melee range of enemy heroes slows their basic attack speed and movement speed by 50%
(W) - Increase cast range of Illusion by 100%, but also increase cooldown of Illusion by 6 seconds
(E) - Blind enemy heroes, minions and mercenaries for 4 seconds if at least 2 recall attacks damage the same target

(D) - Activating Resolve of Conclave grants 100% cooldown decrease speedup on all basic abilities, plus 50% for each illusion active
(D) - Resolve of Conclave also passive grants 5 armor per nearby allied heroes, up to 15. Does not apply to self and illusion, armor is retained even if trait is activated
(Q) - Disruption field will emit again when protection expires, dealing no damage
(E) - Dealing damage to single hero with at least 2 recall attacks reduces cooldown of illusion for 13 seconds. Can only occur twice per use of Recall.

L20
(R) - Heroic will not be interrupted even if Aldaris is interrupted. Also reduce cooldown of heroic ability by 30 seconds
(Q) - If Aldaris or his illusions take total of at least 3 heroic basic attacks when protected, reduce cooldown of Disruption field to 5 seconds
(W) - All basic attacks by Aldaris and Illusions will now also decrease cooldown of Illusion by 1 second
(E) - Each recall now deals 5% damage of their maximum health to all enemy heroes in contact

Premise

Aldaris is an elusive support who has no healing ability but excels in delusion and suppressing enemy forces by granting strong vision and subtly changing the tide of battle should enemy be unable to shut him down. He also has little protective measures for allied heroes but is strong in both laning and securing kills. Aldaris has strong utility against clumped enemies but to use him effectively crowd control is useful to covering, effectively making him a teamfighter.
