I noticed Stukov's kit in heart of the swarm looked like it would be very fitting for a support, with healing, an ability that makes targets, vulnerable. And since we don't have a Zerg character classified as a support right now I thought I'd roll with the idea.
Corrosive Blast is his damaging ability. It does single target damage, and makes the target vulnerable for a few seconds.
Regeneration Aura, heals Stukov and his allies. With an initial heal, and a heal over time in an area.
He can summon infested terrans to harass heroes, and body block to help allies escape, or throw the terrans behind them to block a enemy from escaping.
For his
trait I went for the idea of him making him reward his allies with health for getting kills, by granting them essence from the fallen. It fits with the theme of the zerg, and gives him a bit more healing to work with.
For his Heroics:
Fungal Growth is a crowd control ability that roots a target and does poison damage over time. It seemed natural for him to have infestors on his side.
His other heroic is basically an
iceblock that you can cast on low health heroes, that also does damage to enemy heroes. A lurker grabs an ally, and takes them underground. It puts your ally in stasis, and attacks for them while your allies can regroup to protect him.
Talent ideas:
Infestestation would fit well at level 4. Being his version of promote like Tassadar.
Level 7:
Transfusion: Sacrifice 200 health to grant a target 100 mana.
level 20:
Fungal Overgrowth: Fungal Growth roots more heroes. Has a bigger area.
Dragged Below: Lurker's Embrace can be used on enemy heroes to remove them from the fight.
