3. Neural Destruction: Units that die while being effected by Neural parasite explode dealing 400 (+15 per level) damage in a large AOE.

Does Anyone have any suggestions for missing talents. also to let you know Stukov is meant to be a hero who can be played as a powerful pusher, or a DOT assassin
