When Alexstrasza deals damage, flowers are left behind. When walked over by an ally, the flowers dissipate and heal for 10% of the damage dealt.

Alexstrasza releases a breath in a cone in front of her, healing allies and damaging enemies. 8 second cooldown.

Revitalize
Alexstrasza revitalizes her ally, reducing one of their current cooldowns durations by 10%. Does not affect heroic abilities, talents, or traits. 20 second cooldown.

Rekindling
Place a warm aura on the ground, restoring a small amount of mana while in the aura. Lasts 8 seconds. 30 second cooldown.

Alexstrasza morphs into her dragon form, flying in a line healing and damaging enemies in the line. This does not heal minions, mercenaries, or bosses.

Tail Swipe
After a short delay, Alexstrasza transforms into her dragon form, and swipes her tail in the cone. Enemies hit are knocked back and damaged for 2.5% of their max HP.
