Combat Trait

Celestial Void
Celestial Void summons at the location of a Black Hole, or the epicenter of Big Bang or SupernovaCelestial Voids have (250+character level^2.75) health and last for 90 seconds or until destroyed, they're untargetable for 7.5 seconds after appearing and can be walked through by all units.

Primary Abilities

3 charges, 10 second recharge

Launch 1 star that does 50 damage.

(W) Black Hole
Mana: 85
20 second cooldown

Create a black hole at a location pulling all enemies around it inwards. The black hole deals increasing damage as the target gets closer to the epicenter.

A Celestial Void appears after the black hole ends.

(E) Astral Strike
Mana: 70
2 charges, 20 second recharge
Bombard an area with 3 waves of comets, dealing 55 damage each.

Mana: 35
2 charges, 40 second recharge
While standing on a Celestial Void, Algalon can teleport to another Celestial Void after a short cast.

Big Bang
Mana: 110
85 second cooldown

After a short delay, deal 120 damage around you in a large area, silencing enemies for 4 seconds. 

Celestial Void appears at the location of the Big Bang.

Supernova
Mana: 125
90 second cooldown

Shoot a star that can be reactivate to deal 225 damage and silence all enemies in an area for 3.5 seconds. The star explodes automatically when it reaches its maximum distance.

Celestial Steed, what else would a being of his sort be riding? And, that free plausibility for the blizz-store. ehhh, #struggles

Level 1 Talents

Evasive Voids
Celestial Voids are now untargetable for twice as long. (15 seconds)

Concussive Stars
Shooting Stars have only 2 charges but stun the target for 2 seconds.

Concussive Hole
All enemies standing withing (x) yards of a Celestial Void when Algalon teleports to it gets stunned for 3 seconds, Algalon also receives +40% movement speed for 4 seconds after teleporting to a Celestial Void.

Endless Void
Black Hole has a larger radius. 

Level 4 talents

Destructive Strikes
Astral Strike now only has 2 waves of comets but they deal 2 times as much damage.

Relentless Strikes
Astral Strike now only has 1 charge, with 5 waves of comets, each dealing 75 damage.

Concussive Strikes
Astral Strike now only has 1 charge, but has a 50% change to stun everything it hits for 2 seconds.

Burning Strikes
Astral strike now ignites those who're hit by it dealing (35+character level^1.6) damage every second for 8 seconds.

Level 7 Talents

Enhance Gravity
Black Hole now has a stronger pull force and does 50% more damage.

Large Stars
Shooting Stars have a larger area of impact.

Astral Presence
Enemies near you have 10% less movement speed; allies near you have 10% increased movement speed.

Void Explosion
Black Hole explodes when it ends for (character level^2.5-(character level^2.25)+215) damage.

Level 10 Talents

Big Bang
Mana: 110
85 second cooldown
After a short delay, deal 120 damage around you in a large area, silencing enemies for 4 seconds. 

Celestial Void appears at the location of the Big Bang.

Level 13 Talents

Grace of Titans

60 second cooldown
Free all friendly units in (x) yards from all movement slowing effects and vulnerability along with reducing the next crowd control or slow effect on them in the next 4 seconds by 50%.

Bulwark of the Titans
Mana: 90
60 second cooldown
Summon a Titan Construct for 10 seconds. Titan Constructs are unable to move and do no damage, they have 25,000 health.

Strength of the Titans
Mana: 100
90 second cooldown
Empower a friendly unit, increasing their damage by 20%, their health by 15% and increase the amount of healing they receive by 10% for 8 seconds.

Breath of the Titans
Mana: 75
12 second cooldown
Shield a friendly target for 10% of their total health and heal a them for (75+character level^2.1) health over 4 seconds

Level 16 Talents

Celestial Bubble
Mana: 65
60 second cooldown

Place a Celestial Bubble on a friendly unit, blocking 90% of the next attack, or healing increase the healing of the next friendly heal by 75%. Celestial Bubble also increases the targets movement speed by 35% for 6 seconds.

Celestial Corruption
Mana: 65
60 second cooldown
Place Celestial Corruption on a enemy unit making them Vulnerable for 4 seconds and dealing damage equal to 15% of their total health.

Celestial Nova
Mana: 85
75 second cooldown
After a short delay, explode for 15% of your total health, but give every friendly unit withing (x) yards a shield for 20% of their total health, along with granting them 15% movement speed for 3 seconds. Make all enemy units in the same area vulnerable for 2 seconds and deal damage equal to 10% of their total health.

Celestial Presence
Everyone friendly unit within (x) yards of you is healed 1% of their total health every 1.5 seconds; every enemy unit within the same distance is damaged for 2% of their total health every 4 seconds.

Level 20 Talents

Locative Bang
Big Bang can now be cast at a targeted location.

Massive Collapse
A Black Hole forms after supernova detonates; Supernova no longer summons a Celestial Void, but the Black Hole that appears after it does.

Arbitrary Void
Mana: 100
180 second cooldown
After a short delay, summon a Celestial Void at any visible location.

Rewind
60 second cooldown
Activate to reset the cooldowns of your basic abilities.

Sorry some talents may seem unbalanced or stupid or the whole concept is not good, but the talents especially, my mind went full jelly as they started to take a long time to think of.

This is just a character I'd like to see and how I think it could best be done, I don't doubt there is other, probably better, Alagon concepts out there. Thank you for looking, please vote up I guess, bye bye!
