You can only attack enemies when at least one Arrow is readied.
Additionally, for every readied Arrow, you gain 10% bonus Attack Speed, up to 60% in total.
This Attack Speed bonus is only lowered once you stop attacking.

Become fully Invisible and gain 25% bonus Movement Speed for 1.5 seconds.
Getting a Takedown refreshes the cooldown of Camouflage.
Mana Cost: 50 | Cooldown: 14 seconds
Heroic Abilities

Gain a charge every 10 seconds. You can hold up to 2 charges at once.
Activate to dash a long distance, granting you one Arrow in the process.
Cost: 1 charge | Cooldown: 1 second

Freezing Trap
Gain a charge every 8 seconds. You can hold up to 2 charges at once.
Throw down an ice trap at target location that slows enemies caught in its area by 40%.
Ice traps last for 5 seconds each.
Really cool kit. I love the idea of her getting multiple arrows ready to fire at a time, and that being represented by the increased attack speed. I wonder though, if 5 arrows is enough.
You've given her a number of ways to increase her attack speed. Her passive giving her 50% attack speed (at the start of a fight), her W giving her 75% and her Camouflage giving her 20%. I can only imagine her talents possibly having some attack speed buffs as well (but less likely since there are so many present in her kit.
My concern would be around the numbers mostly, but thankfully they're numbers that can be adjusted.
It might be beneficial if the number of arrows she can store could be higher. I also don't know if Camouflage really needs Ready and Arrow, as it's most likely to be used as a getaway or engage ability, as opposed to one that would be used in the middle of combat to give you another arrow.
I do see a lot of potential in this kit though.
Kill shot does seem a bit out of place, and perhaps far better than Snap Trap, so maybe changing it up there could be beneficial. Still, overall good. Can't wait to see talents and other stats added when ready.

In regards to your concerns when it came to Alleria's many ways of expending her hard earned arrows, I've decided to get rid of all the attack speed buffs in (at least) her base kit. I agree with you in that, as she was, she was just churning through arrows far too fast. What I've decided to do to solve this issue is to grant her one more arrow, and a much stronger Barrage, that not only grants her max arrows once, but twice!
I've also now removed Kill Shot and reworked Snap Trap into Freezing Trap. Both of the new heroics grant Alleria more strafing opportunities in two widely different ways.
There are some more smaller changes I haven't listed on here as well.
Would love to know what you think of the now reworked kit.
