Deal X (X plus X per level) damage to an enemy. After 3 seconds, the target is stunned for 1.5 seconds.

Place a trap that arms after 2 seconds. When an enemy approaches, the trap creates 8 poisonous snakes that attack and slow enemies (prioritizing Heroes). The trap lasts 15 seconds and the snakes 12 seconds.
Tier 1 Talents
Swiftness of Nature: The Movement Speed bonus of Aspect of Nature lasts for 3 seconds after leaving tall grass. Naturalist: Regenerate x Health per second while in tall grass. Prey on the Weak: Deal x% more damage to enemies affected by your Bear Trap.

Trap Launcher: Increases the range of Bear Trap by 300%.
The abilities themselves look pretty interesting, the trait is something we haven't seen before in HotS.
My only change would be with aimed shot. I'd honestly make it similar to sgt. hammer's mortar strike (cooldown and damage-wise)
Otherwise, pretty good concept!
