Head Scout of the Alliance Expedition (with talents)
The eldest of the Windrunner sisters, Alleria was a renowned ranger and Orc-Hunter during the Second War. As the Head Scout of the Alliance Expedition in Draenor, Alleria led the elven rangers with grace and strength. However, her wherabouts after the expedition were unknown, until she appeared within the Nexus ready to once again hunt the vile creatures of a new realm.
Combat Trait

Camouflage
Activate to stealth as long as you don't move or attack. Attacking or using a spell from bushes or while stealthed deal 100% more damage.
Primary Abilities

Concussive Shot
Shoot an arrow at a target enemy. The shot stuns the target for 1 second and slows them for 2 seconds after that.

Leaping Shot
Fire a hail of arrows to enemies dealing X damage in a line and leap backwards.

Full Draw
Target a channeled shot to a targeted enemy. The longer the channel the higher the damage (up to double its basic damage after 4 seconds) The channel is immediatly cut if the target leaves range (but the arrow is shot anyway)
Heroic Abilities

Quel'thalas Rangers
Call 4 Elven Archers to aid Alleria in battle for 12 Seconds. Archers deal 20% of Alleria's Basic Attack Damage and attack the target of Alleria and have 25% of her health.

Rain of Arrows
Shoot a hail of arrows from the air into a targeted area. Every enemy hero or unit in the targeted area is hit by one arrow receiving X damage and is rooted in place for 2 seconds.
Talents
Level 1: -Seasoned Marksman - (Active) Flare - [Trait] Awareness: Increases range of vision while Camouflaged. - [W] Misdirection: Alleria also evades attacks for 0.5 seconds after Leaping.
Level 4: - Arcane Arrows (active): Activate to increase damage by expending mana for each shot. Applies to Basic Abilities. - Envenom - [Trait] Stealth: May move for 1,5 seconds while camouflaged without breaking the Stealth and bonuses. - [Q] Ranger Eyes: Concussive Shot gains 10% more range -[Q] Multiple Shots: Concussive Shot strikes two enemy heroes instead of one.
Level 7: - Remorseless - First Aid - Explossive Shot (active): Launches an explossive arrow to an area, dealing X damage and revealing stealthed enemies. - Ranger Captain: When surrounded by at least 3 Minions Alleria's attack speed increases by 25% - [W] Hail of Arrows: Leaping shots area range increased.
Level 13: - Windrun (Active): Activate to gain 75% Movement Speed for 4 seconds. - Giant Killer - Hide and Seek: After killing an enemy Hero Alleria enters Stealth for 3 seconds. - [E] Cobra Shot: Full Draw pierces through enemies dealing 50% damage to enemies other than the target.
Level 16: -Executioner - Trueshot Aura - Improved Quivers: Reduce cooldown of all basic abilities by 10% and increases mana regeneration by 10%. - [E] Quick Shot: Full Draw charges twice as fast. - [E] Deadly Shot: If the target has less than 5% of its total health after being hit by Full Draw, the target dies.
Level 20: - [R1] Sunwell: Ranger Attacks heal you and them by 15% of their missing health. Rangers also receive 10% more health. - [R2] Powershots: Every arrow also explodes on an area dealing 25% of its total damage to all enemies arround. - Nexus Frenzy - Bolt of the Storm
Skin Ideas
Normal Alleria: Well, you know... normal Alleria with some fancy recolors.
Master Alleria: I guess a nicer bow, some fancy high elven armor. And perhaps for the sake of variation, removing her Cloak like Jaina could work.
Alleria Feathermoon : Shandris Skin.
Alleria of the Woods: Robin Hood-esque skin. For all your traditional Ranger needs.
As I said this version of a pure ranged damage dealer is nice, but I have a few things to say (obviously it's just my opinion though) :
- Might be nice to add "after not being in combat for X seconds" to the trait, being able to turn "invisible" whenever you want could be a bit too much. This way, you'll be able to poke hard, but with one attack at a time, and with some delay.
- I don't know why but I don't like Rain of Arrows, maybe because the kit would be too similar to Valla's with it.
- Awareness : Might wanna keep this increased vision for a few seconds after leaving Camouflage. You're not supposed to be a sentry.
- Ranger Eyes : Seems fairly weak tbh / Multiple Shots is FAR better. You might wanna extend that + damage/cooldown reduction and/or change the tier.
- Explosive Shot : Adding another Spell just because you don't have an aoe doesn't sound fair to me. How about adding something to Leaping shot instead ?
- Ranger Captain : Seems a bit too good for a tier 3 talent. 25% improved damage most of the time in lane would mean bully too much. Might be better later in the tree (lvl13 maybe).
- Improved Quivers : 10% reduction CD would be weird (with 8s CD on a skill for ex) and 10% regen mana seems weak at this level. You could make something like "After hitting an enemy hero with a basic skill or attack, reduces your next ability CD by 2s and mana cost by 10 or 15. Last 3s. Internal CD 6s." / Something like that ? Could be better earlier in the tree.
- Deadly Shot : The only thing that bothers me is that it seems weak, but is very powerful against shield. But since it's a tier 6 talent, it really is weak. I'd say, reset CD on Full Draw aswell. It'd be like a mini triple tap.
- Sunwell : It doesn't sound interesting at all, sorry to be blunt on this one. The only way this could be useful is on a 1v1 situation. You don't want that in endgame, you want something game changing. Powershots seems better even if I don't like this ultimate. While keeping the name Sunwell, you could invoke it (the Sunwell) on the location where you used your ultimate, granting a boost and/or healing friendly units.
I think that's all I got for you. Again, it's only my opinion.
