Ana is support sniper who requires on-point aiming with most of her abilities
Attack Range: 6.5
Attack Damage: 70 (+4% per level)
Attack Speed: 1.10 attacks per second

Health Regeneration: 1.9 health/sec (+4% per level)
Mana: 600 (+4% per level)
Mana Regeneration: 0.3 mana/sec (+4% per level)

Ana looks through the scope of her gun, increasing the range of her basic attacks and Healing Round by 100%, but halving her movement speed.

Mana Cost: 15 Cooldown: 2.5 seconds Targeting: Thin skillshot, same range as AAs (Think Nova snipe)
Ana shoots a healing round healing the first friendly hero hit for 70 (+4% per level)* health
Stores 5 charges
*Healing round will always do the same healing as your auto-attacks do damage, also over 0.5 seconds

Biotic grenade
Mana Cost: 35 Cooldown: 9 seconds Targeting: Same as Tychus grenade
Throw a grenade that deals 190 (+4% per level) damage to enemies hit and heals friendly heroes hit for 230 (+4% per level) health. Enemies also take 50% less healing for the next 3 seconds*, and allies take 50% bonus healing for 3 seconds after being hit*.
*These effects are not affected by Healing fountains, Hearthing or Hall of the Storms. Healing from any of these sources while heal buffed/debuffed, it will act as normal

Sleep Dart
Mana Cost: 40 Cooldown: 18 seconds Targeting: Same as healing round
Ana shoots a sleep dart from her hip, making the target fall asleep for 4 seconds on impact. If the target takes damage while sleeping, they will wake up. If the dart hits a target, the cooldown is reduced by 4 seconds

Shoot a power enhancing dart at one of your allies, giving them 30% extra spell damage and take 50% less damage from all sources for 8 seconds.

Vantage Point
Mana Cost: 10 Cooldown: 20 Targeting: Point and click, same range as healing round
Ana knows how to find the best position on the battlefield, allowing her to jump up onto the edge of terrain objects and sit there for 10 seconds. From here, the range of her basic abilities are increased by 75%.
Basic attacks from this position now apply their damage over 3 seconds, adding a 30% slow on enemies
Healing Rounds shot from this position apply their effect over 3 seconds, adding a 30% movement speed increase on allies.
Snipe can be used in this mode
You can jump off at any time by reactivating the ablility
The cooldown starts after you jump off

Q: Sylvanans's q isnt a skillshot, its the most basic press and hold ability with almost 0 interaction. It auto targets an enemy with prio on heroes in range and thats it. It would basically be the same thing as li li, since li li doesnt target to heal.
On the R2, those abilities like banshee are also very low overall damage and have small range so that you can just walk away. Not to mention, they are timed NPC summons, not full fledged heroes. Its not a big deal if butcher cant charge to a Mutalisk sitting above a wall, its a big deal if butcher cant charge an Ana sitting there using her entire talented kit.
Now that being said i see you reworded it to be more clear so it says "on the edge", assuming that means that she can be targeted by melee in that case? If thats the scenario then the design of it is fine but then the ability is too weak. Having your basic abilities and Q apply their effect over 3 seconds is a straight up nerf to immediate output. Not to mention 75% range isnt that impactful for becoming immobile and requiring a nearby terrain and losing immediate DPS/HPS..
Also it says snipe can be used in this mode, whats that?
My suggestion would to be just make the range bonus huge, since she is a sniper, like 300% huge. Thats it. That would be insane on its own just being able to auto attack and heal allies from so far away safely, it would make awesome sieging and defense moments, which is what i assume is where this spell would shine.

Q: 5 charges on Q with such a low CD is pointless. Better to just say it has a 1.5-2 second CD and simplfy it. In reality all it does is increase your potential at the start of a fight but worse towards the middle and end. The way you have it worded assumes it can be cast in rapid sucession with no ICD, which very very few abilities in the game behave this way, exceptions being something like Verdant sphere living bomb, lvl 16 alarak E Talent. Unlike zarya grenades you are going to be using these nearly off CD so stacks dont make sense.
W: 100% healing debuff at lvl 1 is insanely broken, not only that but you have it with such a low cooldown it removes any decision making or skill behind knowing when to use it to heal allies or be offensive like in overwatch (IIRC the skill in overwatch is like a 12 second CD). Ill give you the same suggestion i gave the other ana concept, make it a necrotic effect like wow, where it still absorbs a set amount of healing but doesnt outright make every heal in the game worthless. This would be so insanely strong teams would run Ana literally just to run around using this spell off CD and nothing else. Not even as a healer, just as a healing debuffer. Because this doesnt only affect healers, it affects everyone warrior or sustain assassin who needs healing to be affected. This is a move you cannot 100% port to a Moba, its busted. And up the CD to similiar impact skills around 15 seconds.
E: Same issue as the other guy, 12 seconds is too short for how much playmaking potential this has. Its basically a pseudo anubarak cocoon on with 1/5 the cooldown (and even that skill is busted in its current state) as a baseline ability. Pair this with anyone who relies on hard to hit skillshots or crowd control and you almost always have a kill. Just imagine this **** with chromie. Every 12-8 seconds without cleanse you basically guarantee a kill...
R1: Kudos on this, not only is it different from Stim Drone, its still true to the source material without being broken. The only issue is the duration is too long. Basically combining arcane power and a slightly weaker harden shield (both 20 talents) with twice the duration and only 20 seconds longer CD. The duration and CD is off but thats just tuning, the design is good.
R2: So basically... melee can never attack her if she decides to sit on unpathable terrain? Half the abilities in game like butchers charge just wont work because she sits on part of the game that isnt designed to be sittable? Sorry but this one might need to be redesigned entirely because not only is it goofy it just doesnt work fundamentally, even if its somewhat thematic
