Son of the Wolf

Anduin Llane Wrynn's father, Varian, sought to teach him in the ways of the sword and forge him into a powerful leader for the future, but Anduin was drawn towards the pursuit of the light much more strongly. Under the tutelage of Prophet Velen and the sorceress Jaina Proudmoore, Anduin's dream of peace for Azeroth seemed possible. When the Burning Legion attacked, the loss of his father affected Anduin greatly; after visiting his father's final resting place, Anduin finally came to terms with his fate and cast away the doubts of his people about living in the shadow of Varian. Now the newly appointed High King of the Alliance, Anduin's beliefs are challenged, and he must fight for the dream he held for so long... in the Nexus.

Anduin is a Melee Support/Assasin Multiclass Hero with a sizeable health pool, similar to Uther, but also to Deckard in that he must remain close to his allies, although, for a different purpose. While Deckard increases his survivability in team fights, Anduin's Beacon of Light trait benefits the allies he maintains in range.

He specializes in disrupting Basic Attack-focused Heroes with abilities like Power Word: Shield and Holy Radiance when specced into a healer. And, more selfishly, when specced into damage, his trait protects him from those types of Heroes as well as making him a ramping-up damage dealer that will likely be the focus of CC when at maximum Insanity. You also have the choice of leaving him a versatile disrupting utility assassin if going for Righteous Aureole at level 10, however, you will be missing out on the powerful healing and damage Apotheosis and Void Eruption provide, respectively.

You have 10 Physical Armor and 10% Spell Power.
In addition, you can hold up to 100 Insanity. Insanity is lost upon canceling Shadowform or 5 every second after not dealing damage for 3 seconds. You gain 1% additional Spell Power for every 5 Insanity.

Note: While in Shadowform, your Ability effects lean more towards shadow.

Activate to switch to Beacon of Light.

Beacon of Light (D):

Heal and shield nearby allied Heroes for more.

Call forth a radiant nova around you that restores 183 (+4% per level) Health to all allied Heroes and deals 98 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies hit and blinds them for 1.5 seconds.

Generates 20 Insanity if Shadowform is active.

Conjure a shield for an ally that absorbs 226 (+4% per level) damage over 15 seconds and reduces the duration of incoming slows and roots by 50% until the shield expires.

Generates 1 Insanity for every 25 damage absorbed in the duration if Shadowform is active.

Heals the target ally and 4 allies within 2 range of the target for 218 (+4% per level) Health, prioritizing Heroes. Enemy Heroes within 2 range of any affected ally are also blinded for 1.5 seconds.

After 1.25 seconds, summon a protective holy barrier at the target location for 5 seconds, granting 25 Armor to all allies in the area and reducing the duration of incoming slows and roots by 50%.

You have 10 Physical Armor.

Your shadowform is twisted with the powers of the void, temporarily granting you enhanced abilities and allowing your Basic Abilities to recharge 0.5% faster, increasing every second.

Losing 1 (increased by 1 every second) Insanity per second.

Cooldown: 3 seconds
Radius: 3; Arc: 180 degrees
Strike all enemies in front of you with both swords and unwieldy shadow power, dealing 150 (+4% per level) damage.

Generates 15 Insanity if any anemies are hit.

Radius: 4.5
Release a shadowy wave of dense fog around you, dealing 380 (+4% per level) damage over 10 seconds to all enemies in the area.

Generates 6 Insanity for every enemy Hero hit.

Cooldown: 5 seconds
Range: 6.5
Wrap an ally in shadows which heal for 343 (+4% per level), but at a price.

The target will take 58 (+4% per level) damage every second until they have taken 582 (+4% per level) total damage from all sources, or leave combat.

After 1.25 seconds, create a ring of Holy energy around you that quickly expands to a 6 unit radius, healing allies for 520 (+4% per level) and dealing 458 (+4% per level) damage to enemies.

Void Eruption
Cooldown: 80 seconds
After 1.25 seconds, Anduin separates Shallamayne and releases an untalented Divine Radiance, then, he activates Voidform. While in Voidform, your Basic Abilities are twisted with the powers of the void.

Your Insanity will be drained increasingly fast until it reaches 0 and Voidform ends.

Requires 100 Insanity to activate.

Passive: You can no longer use Beacon of Light.

Mind Sever

Replaces Power Word: Smite
Damage enemies in front of you.

Void Word: Anguish

Replaces Divine Radiance
Damage enemies in an area over time.

Shadow Mend

Replaces Power Word: Shield
Restore an ally's health, but at a price.

Tier 1 (Level 1) Talents

Unwavering Faith:

! Quest: Heal a total of 25000 Health.
! Reward: Increase the radius of your Beacon of Light trait by 15%.

Righteous Fury:

! Quest: Hit enemy Heroes with Power Word: Smite 15 times.
! Reward: Increase the damage and healing of Divine Radiance by 10%.

Distorted Might:

! Quest: Deal a total of 25000 damage.
! Reward: While at 100 Insanity or in Voidform, gain 5% additional Spell Power.

Tier 2 (Level 4) Talents

Binding Heal (D):

Whenever an ally affected by your Beacon of Light is healed, you are healed for 30% of that amount.

Divine Spirit (E):

Whenever an ally affected by your Power Word: Shield or Power Word: Barrier is healed by your Divine Radiance or is the primary target of your Circle of Healing, they gain 10 Armor for as long as the shield is active.

Vampiric Embrace (Q):

Whenever you deal damage with Power Word: Smite, Holy Word: Chastise, or Mind Sever, you are healed for 80% of all damage done, or 100% if in Voidform.

Tier 3 (Level 7) Talents

Radiant Wrath (E):

Whenever an ally affected by your Power Word: Shield or Power Word: Barrier is attacked, they release a burst of holy power, dealing 101 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies within 2 range.

Balance of Power (D):

Switching between Beacon of Light and Shadowform empowers your next ability, increasing its Spell Power and healing done by 15%.

Misery:

Active: Cooldown: 25 seconds
10 Mana
Activate to cause your next ability to deal an additional 60% of its damage over 10 seconds.

Tier 5 (Level 13) Talents

March of the Righteous (D):

Beacon of Light grants 10% Movement Speed to all allied Heroes in its area.

Grace (E):

Power Word: Shield, Power Word: Barrier, and Shadow Mend increase allies' Movement Speed by 30% for 3 seconds.

Enfeeblement (W):

Divine Radiance and Void Word: Anguish reduce the Movement Speed of all enemies hit by 20% for 10 seconds

Tier 6 (Level 16) Talents

Overwhelming Radiance (W):

If an enemy standing in your Beacon of Light is hit by your Divine Radiance or Circle of Healing, the blind duration is increased by 100%.

Shield of the Righteous (E):

Dealing damage with Power Word: Smite or Holy Word: Chastise increases the shield amount of Power Word: Shield and Power Word: Barrier by the damage dealt and the duration by 1 second for every enemy Hero hit.

A Light in the Darkness (D):

Beacon of Light's effects are increased by 15% if there are no other allied Heroes within 4 range of the target.

Power of the Dark Side (D):

Insanity also increases healing and absorbs by 1% for every 5 you hold.

Tier 7 (Level 20) Talents

Shroud of the Faithful (R1):

Basic Attacks against you increase your Armor by 10 for 5 seconds, stacking up to 2 times.

Descent into Madness (R3):

While in Voidform, your Basic Ability cooldowns recharge 0.5% faster every second.

Lightspeed Dash:

Active: Cooldown: 70 seconds
Range: 6
Teleport a short distance and cast an untalented Divine Radiance.

Stoicism (D):

If an enemy is within the range of your Beacon of Light, the duration of all crowd control effects on them is increased by 50%.

Insane in the Membrane (D):

You no longer lose Insanity when switching traits, and while using Beacon of Light, your abilities generate 50% of the Insanity they would if in Shadowform. Righteous Aureole generates 30.
