ring for a large amount. Healing done to allied Minions decreased by 50%.

Allied Heroes healed by Halo create a small ring that travels a short distance outwards from their location, healing allies caught
within the ring for a moderate amount.

Cooldown: 45 seconds
Increase the maximum and current Health of yourself and all nearby allied Heroes by 20% for 10 seconds.
Inner Peace (#)
Cooldown: 75 seconds
For the next 10 seconds, your Basic Abilities have no Mana cost and their cooldowns are reduced by 50%.
