Level 20 (R1) Fight Through the Pain
Pain Suppression increases target's damage dealt by 5% for 3 seconds each time the target takes damage, up to a maximum of 50% increased damage dealt.
(R2) Mass Purge
Increases Mass Dispel's area by 25% and removes all buffs from enemy Heroes.

(D) Prince of the People
Pacifist's healing on non-Heroic Units is increased by 100%.
(Q) Faith's Shield
Renew's overhealing grants 100% of the overheal as a Shield on the target that lasts 3 seconds, up to a maximum of 15% of the target's maximum Health.
(W) Repel Darkness
Light Surge pushes nearby enemies a short distance away.
(E) Silence the Non-Believer
Chastise Silences the target for 1.5 seconds after the Incapacitate effect ends.
Few comments so far, looks alright, will obviously have a better view on it when the talents and specific numbers are in, suggestions to make are;
1. Chastise wouldn't be a stun, it would be an "Incapacitate"
2. Instill Hope and Power Word: Barrier are too simillar, they are both AoE damage negation. If you look at other supports, they have two different types of ults, e.g reg with an AoE and single heal, Morales with a single target boost and a travel ult.
3. Power word barrier is way too good, 75% damage reduction and 50% more healing for 10 seconds is too much, compare that to tyrael who has 3 seconds of no damage and a very small radius, while this has moderate radius.
Cool concept, looking forward to seeing talents and specific numbers

I did not realize "Incapacitate" was an effect in Heroes of the Storm (I took a good ten month break from it starting last year), so I will be sure to update (E) Chastise's Ability description.
Now that I can take a step back and look at the two Heroics, they are very similar. I am going to keep (and nerf) (R1) Power Word: Barrier and replace (R2) Instill Hope with something else that is focused on a single target.
Am I curious about anything else you find about the concept (the good, the okay, and the great). Let me know if you have a moment!

EDIT: I decided to do something completely different for the Heroic Abilities and replaced both. (R1) is now Pain Suppression for a more single-target approach to Power Word: Barrier and (R2) is now Mass Dispel for an area of effect utility Heroic.

I'm not actually sure if 'Incapitate' is an actual term in HoTS just yet, but i would assume that it would be introduced when they add an ability in that is like Chastise (just like when Gul'Dan got introduced his ult brought in Fear). Also just some comments about the new utlts;
1. I like Pain Suppression, a quick reduction of damage is neat, the cooldown needs to be reduced (probably around 20 - 30 seconds).
2. Mass Dispel is a neat idea too, the wording needs to be changed however, as it would be, "Target a small area, making all allied heroes become Unstoppable for 1 second. (Basically a mass cleanse). Also, the enemy hero part seems quite unfun, e.g a reghar pops bloodlust and Anduin just dispells it. As it is also a small area, it would be unlikly to hit both allies and enemies, so i think just dispelling effects on allies is fine.
If you were to change Mass Dispel, the Mass Silence talent would probably need to change to, e.g second charge, increased Unstoppable duration, shorter CD for each effect dispelled, something like that.
Again, like what you did with the ult's, much better than before and offers variety to choose from.

I will reduce (R1) Pain Suppression's cooldown to 60-90 seconds. I left the 120 second cooldown from the previous Heroic and forgot to change it.
I wanted a dual interaction with (R2) Mass Dispel in the form of removing negative effects from allies and positive effects from enemies. Perhaps add the latter part of removing positive effects from enemies to the Level 20 Talent choice while also increasing the area of effect. Also I was struggling with the wording on the Heroic and forgot about Cleanse, so thanks for reminding me!
