Level 16
Psychic Horror [passive (E)]: Increases the duration of Psychic Scream to 1.5 seconds, and affected enemies are also Vulnerable, increasing damage taken by 25% for the duration. Focused Will [passive]: When taking damage, reduce all damage taken by 5% for 3 seconds, stacking up to 4 times. Renewed Hope [passive (Q)]: Power Word: Renew will also reduce all damage taken by 10% for the duration.

Bubbly Well [passive (R1)]: Lightwell will also shield the Hero that uses it for 20% of their total Health. Ignore Pain and Everything [passive (R2)]: Pain Suppresion also makes the target Invulnerable. Shadowform [passive (D)]: Replaces your trait. Assume a Shadowform, increasing your Basic Attack damage by 50%. Soul Swap [active]: Instantly swap the Health percentage between you and your target allied Hero.
