Versatile supportive hero with potential for powerful healing or damage, adapting to the situation.

(Like father, like son. Anduin is basically Varian but a Support/Assassin. He's currently very overtuned and I'm deciding how to nerf him, and there's a few more talents to add, but I'd love to see thoughts on what I have so far! Also maybe a different title, "King of Stormwind" is accurate but... doesn't feel right.)

Give all nearby allies 25 Physical or Spell Armor (determined at level 1) for 4 seconds.

Passive: Nearby allies have 10 Physical or Spell Armor (determined at level 1).

Cooldown: 30 Seconds

Primary Abilities

Penance
Launch three bursts of light at an enemy Hero over 1.5 seconds, each dealing 114 damage to the first Hero they hit.

Cost: 50 Mana
Cooldown: 8 Seconds

Holy Word: Sanctify
Call down the Light to heal all allies within a moderate area for 143 Health. Healing is increased by up to 75% based on their missing Health.

Cost: 60 Mana
Cooldown: 12 Seconds

Flash Heal
Restore 322 Health to a nearby ally.

Cost: 40 Mana
Cooldown: 4 Seconds

Secondary Abilities

Mind Flay
Assault an enemy Hero's mind, dealing 513 damage over 3 seconds while they stay within range. The target is slowed by 25% while Mind Flay is active.

Requires Shadowform.

Cost: 35 Mana
Cooldown: 7 Seconds

Afflict an enemy with shadows that deal 212 damage to them and 370 damage in an area around them over 6 seconds.

Deals 46 damage to an enemy and an additional 432 damage to them over 10 seconds.

Requires Shadowform.

Cost: 35 Mana
Cooldown: 7 Seconds

Smite an enemy for 340 damage and Silence them for 4 seconds.

Passive: Healing increased by 30%, and Holy Word: Sanctify always heals for the maximum amount.

Restore 832 Health to an allied Hero.

Passive: Flash Heal no longer has a Mana cost.

Cost: 120 Mana
Cooldown: 30 Seconds

Voidform
Enter Voidform for 8 seconds, increasing damage dealt by 40% and gaining 25 Armor.

Passive: Enter Shadowform, replacing your Penance, Holy Word: Sanctify and Flash Heal with Mind Flay, Mind Sear and Shadow Word: Pain respectively.

Cost: 60 Mana
Cooldown: 50 Seconds

Level 1 Talents

Power Word: Barrier: Power Word: Fortitude gives Physical Armor.

Power Word: Ward: Power Word: Fortitude gives Spell Armor.

Power Word: Shield: Power Word: Fortitude no longer has a passive effect but it gives 25 Armor for its duration.

Level 4 Talents

Smite: The final strike from Penance stuns the target for 0.5 seconds.
Shadowform: Shadow Word: Pain can be reactivated between 4 and 10 seconds after being cast to Silence the target for 0.75 seconds.

Holy Nova: Holy Word: Sanctify also releases a blast of light that deals 116 damage to all enemies hit.
Shadowform: Mind Sear can spread from secondary targets for 25% damage.

Power Word: Haste: Power Word: Fortitude grants 30% movement speed for 2 seconds.

Pursuit of the Light: (!) Quest: Gathering Regeneration Globes grants 0.1 Mana Regeneration. Reward: After gathering 20 Regeneration Globes, gain 100 maximum Mana. Reward: After gathering 30 Regeneration Globes, increase your Mana Regeneration by 2.0.

Level 7 Talents

Path of Light: Penance missiles restore 62 Health to allies they pass through.
Shadowform: Mind Flay deals 30% of its damage in an area and applies a 10% slow to enemies around the target.

Vigor: Your healing abilities give 10% Attack Speed to allied Heroes affected for 4 seconds. Can stack up to 3 times.

Focused Mind: Mana Regeneration increased by 75% while you're above 75% Health.

Holy Shock: Activate to make your next Penance fire all of its missiles at once. Cooldown: 30 Seconds.
Shadowform: Activate to make your next Mind Flay channel 50% faster. Cooldown: 25 Seconds.

Level 13 Talents

Lingering Light: Flash Heal restores an additional 153 Health over 5 seconds.
Shadowform: Shadow Word: Pain lasts 4 seconds longer and does an additional 213 damage over its duration.

Mind Vision: Activate to reveal enemies around you for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 45 Seconds.

Piercing Light:The final missile from Penance pierces through all enemy Heroes hit.
Shadowform: Mind Flay's slow is increased to 40%.

Shadow Word: Death: Flash Heal can be cast on enemies to deal damage. Casting Flash Heal on enemies increases its cooldown by 6 seconds.
Shadowform: Shadow Word: Pain deals 5% more damage for each second it is active (total of 50% bonus at the end of its duration).

Level 16 Talents

Compounding Light: If all three Penance missiles hit the same target, the final strike deals an additional 212 damage.
Shadowform: Mind Flay's duration is increased to 4.5 seconds, and it deals 40% more damage in the last 1.5 seconds.

Condemn: Whenever a Penance missile hits the original target (and not a Hero in the way), increase the damage of your next Penance by 15%.
Shadowform: Shadow Word: Pain restores 2% of your maximum Health per second.

Psychic Scream: Fear all enemies in a short area around you for 0.75 seconds. Cooldown: 60 Seconds.

Enlightenment: Your Mana costs are reduced by 25%.

Level 20 Talents

Scold: Holy Word: Chastise damages (but does not Silence) enemies near the target, and the Silence duration is increased by 2 seconds.

Desperation: Plea can be recast within 5 seconds with a 100% increased Mana cost.

Surrender to Madness: Voidform kills you at the end of its duration, but the damage bonus is increased by another 40%, and activating Voidform resets your basic cooldowns.

Guardian Spirit: A spirit descends to safeguard an ally, making them Unkillable for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 90 Seconds.
Shadowform: The duration of Guardian Spirit is increased by 1 second, but it can only target you.
