Conjurer's Pursuit (Passive)
Colecting Regeneration Globes permanently increases Mana Regeneration by 0,1015 per second.
Diplomacy (Activated)
Enemy Minions or captured Mercenaries killed near your Hero grant you stacks of Diplomacy. Use 15 stacks to recruit a Mercenary, instantly defeating them. Does not work on Bosses. Maximum 50 stacks.
Holy Fire (Passive)
Flash Heal can be used to do damage.
Twist of Fate (Passive)
When Prayer of Mending jumps, any enemy near takes X damage.
LEVEL 4
Lightwell (Activated)
Activate to place a lightweel on the ground that heals in a huge area for 1.95% of their max Health every 0.5 seconds for 12 seconds.
Protective Shield (Activated)
Activate to shield an allied Hero for 15% of their max Health for 5 seconds.
Serendipity (Passive)
When Anduin heal with any target, your Basic Abilities mana cost is reduced to 20%, stacks two times.
Psychic Horror (Passive)
Reduce Psychic Scream cooldown in 40%.
LEVEL 7
Cleanse (Activated)
Activate to remove all stuns, roots, silences and slows from the target and reduce the duration of their reapplication by 50% for 2 seconds.
Inner Fire (Passive)
Deal X damage per second to nearby enemies.
Renew (Passive)
Flash Heal do an addicional X Health over 6 seconds.
Focused Will (Passive)
You gain an untalented Prayer of Mending automatically if you take damage below 40% Health. This effect has a 12 seconds cooldown.
LEVEL 13
Silence (Activated)
silence a target enemy making them unable to use Abilities for 3 seconds.
Inner Will (Passive)
Any ally near Anduin improve his mana regeneration in X per second.
Archangel (Passive)
You can put one more feather at once and has three Angelic Feather charges.
Fade (Activated)
Be invisible for 2 seconds and remove all roots and slows effects and prevents your movement speed being reduced while invisible.
LEVEL 16
Benediction (Activated)
Activate to reduce the Mana cost of your next Basic Ability by 50 and its cooldown by 10 seconds.
Hardened Focus (Passive)
While above 80% life, your Basic Ability cooldowns regenerate 50% faster.
Seraph Feather (Passive)
One more ally can pass through your feathers until it disapear.
Cherub Feather (Passive)
Allied who pass through your feathers heals X per second for 8 seconds.
LEVEL 20
Enslave Mind (Passive)
Dominate Mind has a global range. Anduin be invulnerable until Dominate Mind ends.
Power Word: Fortitude (Activated)
Activate to give all nearby allied Heroes a Shield for 15% of their max Health for 5 seconds.
Redundant Halo (Passive)
After reaching its maximum size, the halo starts to shrink back to its starting point.
Leap of Faith (Activated)
You pull a friendly Hero target, instantly moving them directly in front of you.
Prayer of Mending is pretty solid, but I think it would work better in the W slot, and instead of Flash Heal (too similar to Uther's main Q slot heal) you could instead choose 'Smite' which perhaps could look something like:
Smite
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 6 Seconds
Smite your enemy with holy light dealing X damage and healing a nearby ally for 50% of damage done.
With talents to increase the damage or healing (depending on spec/build), it could make for a really interesting support/damage hybrid.
My only other constructive criticism is sadly Dominate Mind ultimate. Eight seconds is simply too long in an arena fighting game (MOBA) to lose control of your character and have it turn on its allies, especially with a 'huge range' and only a 90 second cooldown. Rather than losing the ability and feel for the character altogether or increasing the cooldown to a stupid amount like 180 or 200 seconds, a more balanced version of this ability could be the player loses control of their characters movements and may only activate their abilities and skills. Not only would it be entertaining, but also tactically interesting as you steer somebody away a second before they activate a carefully aimed ultimate or snipe shot.
Regardless, a lot of hard work here. Good job. :D
The rest seems to be pretty nice.
