Q: Rune of Punishment
ACTIVE Mana: 60/Cd: 8s
Summons a rune on the ground, dealing 10(+8/lvl) dps to enemies in its radius. Also heals allies for 5(+4/lvl) every 0.5 seconds in its radius. Radius grows +20%/ second, with a maximum of 50%. Lasts 5 seconds.

W: Strength of the Duelers
ACTIVE Mana: 70/Cd: 6s
Give allies in a small radius around Anduin +15% attk. damage(+1%/lvl) for 3 seconds. If another buff is given to an ally affected by Strength of the Duelers, grant +20% attk. damage (+3%/lvl,) +10% attk. speed, and 5% lifesteal (+1%/ lvl)

E: Arcane Mastery
ACTIVE Mana: --/ Cd: 25s
Cast on an allied hero. You can use 1 of their abilities, but it costs double the mana of the ability you used. Abilities that use charges use all charges at once. Cannot use heroic abilities or traits. No talents apply to ability used. Passive abilities (e.g: Raynor's Adrenaline Rush) need to be activated. Fury, mana, brew, etc. generating abilities grant mana. Cannot use any of your abilities while Arcane Mastery is active

ACTIVE Mana: 120/ Cd:110s
Anduin creates a portal in front of him, teleporting a target allied hero to him. The target instantly recieves 500 health, and 150 mana. After 3 seconds, the ally will be teleported back to their location. Both Anduin and the target are rooted during that time. Channeled abilities that the target were using are canceled. Cancelling this ultimate will not send back the target.

R2: Arcane Assault
ACTIVE
Mana: 110/ Cd:90s
Deal 250 (+50/ lvl) damage to enemies in a small radius. Deal 250 additional damage for each ally in that radius. Structures + friendly merchs only add 100 damage.
Level 20 ult talents.
Ult 1:
Teleports up to two nearby allied heroes along with the target. Adds an additional 100
health/ second and 50 mana/ second regen for 5 seconds.
Ult 2:
Increases the radius, and also adds an additional 50 damage for every enemy caught in the radius
My Thoughts
This character could be really good. Overpowered, even. If anything would change that, it would be to give him a low health pool (Kael' Thas low), and no escapes. At all. If enemies are not peeled away from him, he will be wiped instantly, because even his healing would not be able to help. He can't cast his healing ult on himself, and he'll probably run out of mana quickly. What do you think?
