Antonidas

Grand Magus of the Kirin Tor

Ranged Support. Makes sure his Allies always have plenty of Mana, and causes Enemies to think twice about attacking.

Comments are always welcome!

Health: 1400 (+4% per level)
Health Regen: 2.9 (+4% per level)
Mana: 550 (+16 per level)
Mana Regen: 3.25 (+1.2 per level)
Attack Speed: 1.0
Damage: 60 (+4% per level)

Combat Trait

1
Brilliance Aura
Allied Heroes within 5 range of Antonidas gain 50% increased Mana regeneration.

Passive: Antonidas receives 25% more Mana from Healing Globes and Healing Fountains.

Primary Abilities

1
Spellsteal
Steal all buffs from a target Enemy Hero and apply them to a target Allied Hero for 2 seconds. If a buff would not have expired on the target Enemy Hero after this duration, that buff is returned to them at the end.

Mana: 45
Cooldown: 7 seconds
2
Counterspell
Mark an Enemy Hero for 4 seconds. The next damage-dealing Ability they use that hits a target within that duration will instead deal damage as if they had hit themselves, at 50% effectiveness.

Mana: 75
Cooldown: 12 seconds
3
Prismatic Barrier
Mark a target ally for 3 seconds. Any Ability damage taken during that period gives the ally a shield for 75% of the damage taken for 3 seconds. Shield only activates after the source of Spell damage expires. (Thus, the armor only activates for DoT if the damage runs its course within the 5 second window.) Prismatic Barrier only procs when the target's Health is reduced (i.e. shields don't count), and cannot be applied to an ally who is already marked.

Mana: 30
Cooldown: 3 seconds

Secondary Abilities

1
Conjure Refreshment
Basic Ability bound to the 1 key. Summon a table of refreshments that Allied Heroes can channel for 1.5 seconds to restore 10% of their Health and Mana. Only one table may exist at a time, and Heroes may only use each table once.

Cooldown: 40 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

1
Mass Teleport
Activate to channel for at least 1 second, and up to 5 seconds. When re-activated, or after 5 seconds, you and up to 4 Allied Heroes nearby are teleported to a target Allied structure or Hero anywhere on the map.

Mana: 120
Cooldown: 75 seconds
2
Supernova
Target an Allied Hero to create a pulse of Arcane Energy that explodes outward from them after 0.5 seconds, dealing 100 (+4% per level) damage, and knocking up all Enemies in the radius. (Frost Blast radius) Holds 2 charges.

Mana: 55
Cooldown: 45s per charge

Talents

Level 1
Conjuration Master: Gathering Regeneration Globes increases the Health and Mana gain of Conjure Refreshment by 0.5%, up to 10%. Upon gathering 20 Regeneration Globes, Conjure Refreshment's channel time is reduced by 0.5 seconds.
Persistent Barrier: If Prismatic Barrier does not proc on the target within 3 seconds, extend the duration by 3 seconds.
Intelligence Aura: Quest: Restore 2500 Mana to Allies with Brilliance Aura. Reward: Activate Brilliance Aura to grant Allied Heroes 10% Spell Power for 4 seconds. Cooldown: 40 seconds.

Level 4
Spellthief: Increase the duration of Spellsteal by 2 seconds, and the cooldown by 1 second.
Arcane Familiar (Active): Activate to spawn a familiar that fights alongside you for 30 seconds, attacking your target for 60 (+4% per level) Ability Damage every 1 second. Can be consumed early to restore 15% of your Mana over 5 seconds. Cooldown: 60 seconds
Feedback Loop: Counterspell will now cause the Enemy Hero's ability to self-inflict CC effects and debuffs, if any.

Level 7
Mental Fatigue If Counterspell is activated by an Enemy Ability, increase the cooldown of that ability by 25%.
Mana Combustion: Counterspell will now cause an Enemy Ability to self-inflict 75% of its damage.
Arcane Restoration: Spellsteal now also steals Heal over time effects, which will not return to the Enemy Hero at the end of Spellsteal's duration.
Psychic Block: The Enemy target of Spellsteal is Silenced for the duration.

Level 10
Mass Teleport: Teleport your team across the map.
Supernova: Cause an ally to emit a blast of energy.

Level 13
Conjure Feast: Each Conjure Refreshment table may now be used twice by each Allied Hero, with a 10 second cooldown between uses.
Prismatic Bulwark: Prismatic Barrier now grants the target 25 Spell Armor.
Positive Feedback: Damage to Prismatic Barrier's shields now restores the target's Health for 25% of damage taken.

Level 16
Mana Shield: Prismatic Barrier grants a 300 (+4% per level) point shield to the target for the duration. Antonidas' Mana is drained by 0.2 for every 1 damage that this shield absorbs.
Magic for Magic (Active): Activate to steal 20% of an Enemy Hero's maximum Mana, and regain Mana for that same amount. Cooldown: 45 seconds.
Cornucopia: You can hold 2 charges of Conjure Refreshment.
Mirror Barrier: When casting Prismatic Barrier on an Ally, gain an untalented version on yourself for free. If this Barrier does not proc, return the Mana cost of the first.

Level 20
Barrier of Dalaran: Mass Teleport's target structure or Hero now gains a 2000 (+4% per level) point shield for 10 seconds.
Resonance: Supernova's knock-up is followed by a 0.75 second stun, and it deals 5% more damage for every Enemy Hero hit, up to 25%.
Dalaran Besieged (Active): Target an Allied structure to create an aura around it that deals 60 (+4% per level) damage per second to enemies that come within 6 range of it. (Slightly more than standard Ranged Hero). Deals 50% damage to Enemy Heroes. Lasts until cancelled or until the structure is destroyed, but drains 5 Mana per second from Antonidas. Cooldown begins after effect ends. Cooldown: 90 seconds
Antonidas' Silver Coin (Active): Use to empower a single Allied Healing Fountain, making its Regeneration effects instant the next time each Allied Hero uses it. Cooldown: 120 seconds.

Seems like extremely niche hero.

I actually really really nehoy this concept for Antonidas. Not many realize Antonidas is too old and was a defensive Mage and many make him an Assasin, making him a Support (Which is lore accurate) and fits many abilities that arent in the game that should be!

Has good potential but his trait is kinda useless on allies with no mana. Also, I think supernova's damage could go higher unless the explosion is a large AoE.

To be fair Malfurion's trait is the same way, no mana no buff. So i don't see this as a real problem, not to mention Ana's nano boost restores mana, which can be very wasteful if you dont cast it on an ally with mana.

Actually they both speed up ability cooldowns so they are still useful when used on heroes with no mana. And nana boost also increases spell power which is still useful for mana-less heroes.
