AoE: 5.5 meters
Primary Abilities
1
Fireball
Mana: 65 Cooldown: 6 seconds
Throws a fireball in the targeted direction. The fireball passes through minions dealing 45 (+4% per level). IF the fireball hits an enemy hero, it explodes dealing 220 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies within 1.5 meters area around the target.
After a 0.7 seconds delay ring of fire starts to spread around Antonidas, dealing 150 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies it hits. Ring's damage grows with its radius up to 100% bonus damage. Ring reaches its limit in 0.8 seconds. Starting range is equal to 1 meter and maximum to 4.5 meters. Antonidas can move within the delay and after the ability was cast.
3
Anti-magic Field
Mana: 75 Cooldown: 13 seconds

Heroic Abilities

Archmage
Mana: 350 Cooldown: 140 seconds
Resets cooldowns of all friendly heroes within 6 meters area on the last basic ability they've used, but increases its mana cost by 20%.

Active effect affects Antonidas himself.
2
Arcane Blast

Using this ability replaces Antonidas's basic attacks with Arcane Blast for 15 seconds. Each Arcane Blast increases damage of each consecutive Arcane Blast by 25%. Arcane Blast deals its damage to its target immediately, unlike basic attacks.

A cool idea. Well balanced, simple to understand while still unique.
My only real suggestion it that the cooldown and mana cost on ARCHMAGE's active effect are a bit extreme. It's not as broken as you think it is, at least in it's base form.
There are some nice ideas like the 20% manarecycle of Brilliance Aura and Ring of Fire. But Manasteal-abilitys like SYPHON MANA are imba in mobas. Also ARHCMAGE is just a collection of talents. This is boring and not interesting.
