Archbishop Benedictus is my favored representative for the Shadow Priest, and so I have changed it from Moira. I imagine the Shadow Priest as a decent damage Ranged Assassin that doesn't use mana, but instead uses alternative.. 'Resources'.

Passive
Instead of Mana, you generate a 'resource' called Insanity with your abilities. Upon hitting 100 Insanity, you enter 'Voidform', resetting the cooldown on Mind Blast, causing you to deal ~25% increased damage, but causes you to take ~15% increased damage. Insanity decays at a rate of ~5 per second while in Voidform, and Voidform ends when you hit 0 Insanity.

Passive
In addition, choosing a Heroic Ability at level 10 causes you to start generating Shadow Orbs, which are required to cast your Heroics, through damaging enemy heroes with Mind Blast and Shadow Word: Pain. Stores up to 5 Orbs.

Blast target enemy's mind, dealing ~240 damage. Has a ~8 second cooldown.

Inflict a shadowy pain on target enemy hero, dealing ~40 damage initially, and another ~220 over the next ~4 seconds. Has a ~12 second cooldown.

Channel into target enemy hero, dealing ~50 damage per second. Lasts until canceled, or you attempt to move. Has a ~3 second cooldown.
Generates ~2 Insanity per Damage Tick on enemy heroes.

Silence target enemy hero for ~.5 seconds per Shadow Orb consumed. Costs 1-5 Shadow Orbs and has a ~20 second cooldown.

Active; Large DoT
Inflict an enemy hero with the Void, dealing ~850 damage over ~5 seconds. Costs 5 Shadow Orbs and has a ~20 second cooldown.
Talents
Level 20|Tier 7(Storm Talents)
Your Doom - Psychic Horror now has a ~10 second cooldown, and only consumes half of the Shadow Orbs it could, rounding up, while giving the effect(I.E: You cast it at 4/5 Shadow Orbs, you keep 2 and silence target enemy hero for 2 seconds.)
Devouring Plague - Void Entropy now heals for ~100% of the damage it deals, and deals ~20% increased damage.
Give In To Madness - Activate while in Voidform to gain 125 insanity, which can break the maximum insanity limit. This also causes you to now deal ~30% more damage. When Voidform ends after this talent is activated, you die. Horribly. But you give only ~25% experience if you die this way.
Embrace the Void - Insanity now only decays at a rate of ~3 per second in Voidform.

Basic ability damage numbers tuned down slightly(260 over 4 seconds -> 220 over 4(Pain), and 60 per second -> 50(Flay)), Health increased by ~100, Give In To Madness gives 125 insanity upon activation(up from 100), but only gives an additional 30% damage(from 35%), and Embrace The Void now causes Insanity to decay at ~3 per second(from 2.5).
