You should finish and flesh out this concept bro!

This is by far and away the most unique and appealing kit any Arcturus Mengsk concept has that I've seen (My opinion of course).

I'm not a micro-heavy player, I don't typically go for that stuff. For instance I'd hate to play Vikings. But this is just the coolest idea, I'd definitely play this adaptation of Arcturus.
