Extermination(Quest):Kill heroes with
ASSASINATION (W) or within 4 seconds after it's end. Every kill increase damage of Ghost shots. After killing 10 heroes ghosts last additional 2 seconds.
Rallying presence: Allies surrounding Mengsk gain 2 health and 1 mana per second. Increase this bonus by 1 health and 0.5 mana for every 100 silent supporters.
Bombs away(Quest): Heroes hit by
HIDDEN WEAPON (Q) AoE increase it's damage. Reward: After 20 hits it's cooldown is reduced by 1 second for every enemy hero hit.
Level 4
Laser Targeting System: Increase attack and vision range of Mengsk and his Marines by 1.
Cluster bomb: HIDDEN WEAPON (Q) now slows enemy hits by 20% for 3 seconds.
Artifact hunt(Quest): Regeneration globes give double health and mana. Reward: Every 10 globes increase Mengsk's spell power by 1%. Max 5%.
Pinning shot: Ghost's attacks slow enemies by 5% for 2 seconds, stack up to 6 times.

Elite guard: Mengsk can now have up to 6 Marines as his bodyguard. Marines also have increased damage and health.
Defense measures:Energy wave from Xel'naga artifact now also gives shield to nearby allies.
Advanced ballistics: Increase AoE and damage of
AIR SUPPORT (R2) by 15%.
At all costs:Reduce Mengsk's cooldowns by 0.5 seconds when nearby nearby non-heroes die and 3 seconds when nearby heroes die.
Or see it burn to ashes around me:When Mengsk dies a Nuke is launched to his last location. Impacts after 3 seconds and deals heavy damage.
