Imperial Command
Passive: 2 Marines and 1 Medic follow you around, attacking your target.
Marine Stats: 651 (+4% per level) Hit-points, attacks targets at range with rifles, dealing 45 (+4% per level) attack damage, with 1.4 attacks a second. Medic Stats: 894 (+4% per level) hit-points, Heals the most injured target near it, healing the target for 40 (+5% per level) health, once every 0.8 seconds.
Additionally, 50% of damage received is redirected to the marines and medic.
(Notes: Blocks skills shots and stay in front of you. Medic stays behind you. Marine and Medic's ranges are similar to Raynor's.)

Your marines stop guarding you, instead receiving 80% of the damage an ally receives for 4 seconds. If all of your active marines die, reduce the cooldown of Imperial Command by 50%.

Drop a large EMP in an area, removing all shields and stunning non-heroic units for 5 seconds. Global Range

Dropship
(25 second cooldown)
Summon a dropship at a target location, which summons 4 Marines and 2 Medics who push the nearest lane. Global Range.
