Idea is to turn Arthas into a formidable and unstoppable close-range Tank that relies on his Basic Attacks to deal damage while his abilities grant him self-sustain, protection and peeling potential, striking fear into his enemies as he approaches them with Frostmourne in hand.
Notable changes:
Frostmourne Hungers is now his Q ability, healing him instead of granting mana.
Frozen Tempest is now his Trait, active all the time and dealing damage much more frequently at the cost of total damage done.
Icebound Fortitude is now his E ability, with an added cooldown reduction mechanic.
Ghouls summoned from Army of the Dead heal Arthas when attacking.
Sindragosa also grants passive Armor gain with Frozen Tempest.
Talents switched around and reworked.
