Arthas (Redone)

The Lich King

This is how i think he should represented in HotS to make him he like the Lich King this would come alongside a much needed model and animation update of course.

(Numbers resemble what they would be at Level 1.)

Combat Trait

Desecrate Ground
16 Sec Cooldown

Desecrate a medium area beneath you that persists for up to 3 seconds, granting you unstoppable as long as you remain within the area.

Primary Abilities

Death Coil
8 Sec Cooldown
50 Mana
Deals 160 damage to a target enemy and heals you for 100% of the damage dealt.
Healing doubled vs heroes.

Howling Blast
10 Sec Cooldown
60 Mana
Roots all enemies in a target area for 1.25 seconds and deal 80 damage.

Empower Frostmourne
12 Sec Cooldown
30 Mana
Your next 2 basic attacks deal 50% increased damage and slow enemy movement speed by 25% for 1.5 seconds. The Duration of the slow effect stacks.

Secondary Abilities

Anti-Magic Shell (Talent)
60 Sec Cooldown

Reduces Ability damage taken by 100% for 3 seconds, and heals you for 25% of the damage prevented.

Frozen Tempest (Talent)
30 Sec Cooldown

Slows nearby enemies movement speed by 20% per second, stacking up to 5 times. Upon reaching 5 stacks enemies are stunned for 1.5 seconds. Lasts 8 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Summons 5 ghouls that follow you and attack nearby enemies for 30 damage lasts 15 seconds.
Damage increased by 100% vs heroes.

Death Pact (Additional Ability)
1.5 Sec Cooldown
Activate again to destroy a ghoul and heal yourself for 250 health.

80 Sec Cooldown
80 Mana
Deals 220 Damage to enemies in a long line slowing them by 60% for 2 seconds and freezing structures making them unable to attack for 20 seconds.

Talents

Level 1
Frostmourne Hungers:(QUEST!) Your Empower Frostmourne attacks will now restore 30 mana.
After hitting 20 heroes with empowered attacks increase the basic attack damage bonus by 25%.
Frozen Wastes: Howling Blast refunds 50% of its cooldown and mana cost when it hits an enemy hero.
Mortal Coil: Death Coil deals 100% increased damage to non-heroic targets and heals you for and additional 25% of the damage dealt.

Level 4

Rune Tap: Every 3rd Basic Attack heal you for 3% of your max Health.
Clawing Shadows: Enemies standing in your Desecrated Ground take 102 damage per second.
Deathlord: Death Coil deals 50% of its damage to all enemies around the target.
This damage does not heal you.

Level 7
Frozen Pulse When affected by a stun or root effect you take 75% less damage.
Foul Bulwark: You take 25% less damage while standing in your Desecrated Ground.
Death's Grasp Desecrate Ground slows enemy movement speed by 35%.

Level 13
Frigid Winds:(PASSIVE!) Enemies in a small area around you have their Attack Speed reduced by 25%.
Frost Strike Reduces Empower Frostmourne' Cooldown by 2 seconds and it now slows movement speed by 40% for 2 seconds.
Necrotic Strike Empower Frostmourne' attacks reduce Healing the target receives by 25% for 4 seconds.
Trail of Frost Increases Howling Blast range by 30% and causes it to also root enemies in between you and the target.

Level 16

Frostmourne Feeds: Empower Frostmourne now affects your next 3 Basic Attacks.
Razorice: Enemies rooted by Howling Blast take 25% more damage.
Desecration:Increases radius of Desecrate Ground by 25% and its duration by 2 seconds.
Embrace Death: Death Coil deals 10% more damage for each 10% life you are missing.

Level 20
Legion of Northrend: Create 3 additional Ghouls, Ghouls now last 5 seconds longer and heal for an additional 50%.
Sindragosa' Fury: Deals 50% more damage, roots Heroes for 2 seconds and then slows them by 60% for 2 seconds.
Unholy Aura:(PASSIVE!) Increases you and your nearby Allies movement speed by 5%.
Anti-Magic Shell:(ACTIVE!) Reduce Ability damage taken by 100% for 3 seconds, and heal for 25% of the damage prevented.
Frozen Tempest:(ACTIVE!) Increasingly slows nearby Enemies up until they are stunned for 1.5 seconds.
