Azgar

The Lone Beast

"After losing control over his powers, and severely injuring his younger brother, Azgar fled his home village.
Alone and afraid of himself, he was also lost.
He strode far and wide, not knowing, or caring where his feet are carrying him. Wandering through mystic and unknown worlds, and fighting Baal's minions on endless battlefields, Azgar finally ended up in the Nexus.
Believing this is a trial imposed to him by the sacred Spirits of Nature, Azgar now fights to atone for the sins of his past."

Azgar is the hero from "Rage", the 1st story of the "Tales of Sanctuary" comic book.

Design-wise, Azgar is a versatile Bruiser, who can take on different Roles in a Team Composition, depending on the chosen Form. (similar to how Varian's Level 4 Talents define his playstyle, but even more so)
Ursanthropy (Werebear) - Azgar becomes more durable, able to fill in the Role of the Tank in the Team Comp.
Lycanthropy (Werewolf) - Azgar becomes a vicious hunter, able to quickly engage and dispose of any adversary. In this Form, he fills in the Role of a Melee Assassin, focused around Basic Attack damage.
Corvanthropy* (Stormcrow) - Azgar is able to shapeshift into a supernatural bird, that commands the forces of nature, effectively becoming a short-to-medium Ranged Support.
*This one is a Form made-up by me, just to represent the Elementalist/Spellcaster side of the Druid, but still to maintain the shapeshifting aspect as well

His Trait is designed around the Dynamic Shapeshifting showcased in the gameplay trailers for Diablo 4.
His Abilities are inspired by some of the all-time favorites from Diablo 2, as well as some of the new ones from Diablo 4. As well as some of my own creation.

I will not suggest Statistics (Health, AA value, Ability Damage and Parameters, etc.) as such numbers should/would be subject to Balancing.
Feel free to imagine any numbers/sizes/etc. you see fit.

Combat Trait

1
Path of the Spiritbeast
As Azgar, on Level 1 you choose the Path you wish to follow, gaining strength from the respective Spirit Beast. (the same as how Kharazim's Trait is chosen)

Each Path comes with a separate set of Basic Abilities, as well as certain Stat Bonuses.

Upon casting any of your Basic Abilities, you shapeshift into the chosen Spirit Beast for a short duration.
Casting Basic Abilities also refreshes this Duration.
(in general, I imagine this particular duration to be 3 seconds, but again, as stated above, it is subject to balancing)

Primary Abilities

1
Q - Trample - Ursanthropy
Shapeshift into a Werebear, and rush in a target direction, damaging all enemies in the way.
Enemies at the end of your path are Stunned for a short duration.
2
W - Pulverize - Ursanthropy
Shapeshift into a Werebear, and slam the ground, damaging enemies in the area around you.
Pulverize also creates a mud pit for some duration, that Slows any enemies that pass through it.
3
E - Grizzly Hide - Ursanthropy
Shapeshift into a Werebear, and gain a Shield equal to Percentage(%) of missing Health.
4
Q - Feral Rage - Lycanthropy
Shapeshift into a Werewolf, and lounge at a nearby enemy Hero, dealing damage and applying a Bleeding stack to them.
The lounge also deals damage to other enemies in the way, but does not apply Bleeding to them.

If the Hero is already Bleeding, for a short duration afterwards Basic Attacks will cause you to dash a short distance and apply a Bleeding stack to any target.

Bleeding deals damage over time to the target, and can stack up to 5 times on a single target.
5
W - Shred - Lycanthropy
Shapeshift into a Werewolf, and swipe all enemies in a wide arc, applying Bleeding to them.

Enemies hit, that are already Bleeding, will also be slowed for the duration of the Bleeding.
6
E - Bestial Hunger - Lycanthropy
Shapeshift into a Werewolf, and viciously bite an enemy Hero, dealing damage, and instantly applying 5 Bleeding stacks to them.

If the Hero is already at max Bleeding stacks, Heal for Percentage (%) of damage dealt by this Ability.
7
Q - Twister - Corvanthropy
Shapeshift into a Stormcrow, and flap your wings, creating a twister of wind, that travels to a target destination in a zigzag pattern.
Enemies hit by the twister will take damage, and enemy Heroes hit by it will also be pushed back a short distance.

The twister switches directions a predefined number of times, and moves a predefined distance (this distance is the Range of the Ability, that some Talents might refer to) before switching directions, so aiming closer to your own position will make the zigzag pattern shorter and wider.
8
W - Thunderbird - Corvanthropy
Shapeshift into a Stormcrow, and call a lightning to strike at a target enemy within medium range.
Upon impact, it deals damage and Stuns them.
If the target is a Hero, it affects all enemies in a small area around them.
9
E - Cyclone Armor - Corvanthropy
Shapeshift into a Stormcrow, and command the winds to gather around an ally Hero.
They will protect the target, providing Shield and Movement Speed for a short duration.

1
R - Nature's Wrath
Invoke a furious storm that follows you for a short duration and casts Thunderbirds and Twisters all around you.

Regardless of your chosen Form.
2

You can reactivate (Button R), to retarget it.

Regardless of your chosen Form.
