All Spell Damage dealt by Azshara increases future damage to that target by 5% for 5 seconds, stacking 5 times.

Arcane Missiles

Mana: 20 per Shot
While active, Azshara will fire an Arcane Missile once every second at a random target in a cone in front of her, prioritizing enemy units and heroes. Each hit deals 125 damage to its target. While active, Arcane Fatigue will also be applied to your Basic Attack.
* Targeting cone will remain centered on you most recent Autoattack target for 1.5 seconds, allowing for better stutter stepping.

Seduction
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Mana: 50
Put an enemy hero to sleep for 2.5 seconds after a 1.5 second channel. You can move while channeling, but doing so will slow you by 40%.

Crystalline Shield

Mana: 40
Place a 280 Hp shield on an Allied Hero or yourself for 3 seconds. If the Shield is destroyed it will explode, dealing 146 area damage and Silencing Enemies for 2 seconds.

Curse all enemy Heroes in a target area. Enemies remain cursed for 5 seconds. Enemies effected must deal damage equal to 5 times their current Damage Per Second Ratio within this time span. Enemies that fail to meet this threshold will receive 300 damage and lose 50% Spell Power for 4 seconds when the curse expires.

Arcane Bomb
Cooldown: 80
Mana: 100
Create an orb of Volatile Magic at a target location. After 5 seconds the Orb explodes, dealing 900 damage in a large area. Whenever an enemy Hero stands in the orb they will take 67 damage per second, but also reduce the total damage and radius of the explosion by 10% per second. This effect stacks with each unit within the Orb, until it eventually disappears. Non-Heroic Enemies provide half the damage and radius reduction.

Queen's Conquest [D]
Regeneration Globes instantly restore 2% of your maximum Mana. Quest: Every 10 Regeneration Globes you gather increases the maximum number of stacks for Arcane Fatigue, up to an additional 5.
Arcane Barrage [Q]
Increase the width of Arcane Missiles targeting range by 25%%, and have it attack an additional target at no extra cost.
Charged Spears [Q]
Cause a spark of energy to leap from an enemy damaged by a Basic Attack to an enemy recently damaged by Arcane Missile, dealing an additional 65 Spell Damage to both targets and enemies in the path of the spark. Happens only once per Basic Attack/Arcane Missile.

Hitting Enemy Heroes with Arcane Missiles will grant you 4 Armor for 5 Seconds, Stacking 5 times. Hitting enemy Heroes with Basic Attacks Resets the duration.
Inevitable Failure [E]
Crystalline Shield explodes automatically after 3 seconds, but at 50% Damage.
Queen's Favor [E]
Heal for 45 Health for every enemy Hit by Crystalline Shield's explosion. Heroes give double healing.

Your Non-Damage Effects will apply Spell Fatigue Stacks every second they are active.
Mass Hypnosis [W]
Sleeping an enemy will also put enemies near them to sleep. Effect changes with talents.
Arcane Meteor[Active]
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Spend 5% of your current Mana and deal 130 damage in a target area after a 1 second delay. Each Mana spent increases the Spell Power of this ability by 1.

Nightmarish Vision [W][Active]
Activate to make your next cast of Seduction Fear the enemy instead of Sleeping them, forcing them to move away from you for 1.5 seconds. Has a 30 second cooldown.
Hand of the Queen [W][Active]
Activate to make your next cast of Seduction Charm the enemy instead of sleeping them, forcing them to attack their allies for 1.5 seconds. Has a cooldown of 60 seconds.

Behold Magnificence [D]
Arcane Fatigue is now applied as 5% Spell Armor Reduction, making targets suffer increased Ability damage from all sources.
Order of Execution [Q]
Basic Attacks and Arcane Missiles deal an additional 1% of a targets Total Hp as damage. Arcane Missiles will prioritize targets below 50% Health.
Lustrous Renewal [E]
Hitting at least 2 Heroes with Crystalline Shield's explosion will apply another Crystalline Shield to the target. Can only occur once per cast.

The Puppets Dance [Heroic]
Whenever an enemy Hero meets the Conditions of your Heroic (Removing Queens Decree Curse, Stand in Arcane Bomb Orb) you gain 10% Spell Power for 8 Seconds, Stacking for each enemy Hero. Whenever an enemy fails the Conditions (Damaged by Queen's Decree, Arcane Bomb Explosion) you gain ? Hp.
Void Touched [Q]
Arcane Missile Reduces healing to targets by 20% for 4 seconds. This effect does not Stack.
Enchanting Illusion [W]
Casting Seduction will spawn an Immobile Duplicate who channels it for you. Duplicate has 500 Hp, lasts 6 seconds and will be destroyed if it is Silenced or Stunned. Casting Crystalline Shield on the duplicate will cause it to crystallize and explode after 0.5 seconds.

Little did anyone know that those glassy, lifeless eyes gazed back at her with that same intent.
Description: A human woman overtaken by Xenotech Armor in a (seemingly) symbiotic relationship. Voice has a mechanical feedback echo. Abilities have an Alien Holographic overhaul. Arcane Missiles now glowing flying Locusts.
Of course it's not original, I directly stated its based on the boss fight Patch Notes. Not trying to re-invent the wheel here just need something to do with my free time.
