Baron Geddon is a new ranged assassin easily compared to Kael'thus. He has a lot of AOE damage, a very litttle control and not much of sustain. His mount ability gives him a bit of mobility.
Baron Geddon can struggle with gaining Flame in the early game. Important thing to notice is the fact that in the late game Inferno will have increased damage and will generate a lot of Flame, making him almost no "mana" character like Illidan.
BLOCK(Passive) - Periodically reduces the damage received from Hero Basic Attacks by 50% . Stores up to 2 charges.
GRASP OF FIRE(Q^) - Flame Grasp deals aditional 60 damage in 3 seconds.
SEA OF LAVA (E^) - Range of Lava Pool is increased by 33%.
REGENERATION MASTER(Passive) - Increases Health Regeneration by 4 per second. Every 3 Regeneration Globes gathered increases this bonus by 4.
SEASONED MARKSMAN(Passive) - For every 6 enemy Minion or Mercenary kills near your Hero, gain 1 Basic Attack damage. Hero Takedowns count as 2 Minion kills.
TALENTS [level 4]
MANA SHATTER (W^) - Ignite Mana also depletes 10% of maximum mana of the target.
MOLTEN LAVA (E^) - For every target hit by Lava Pool gain 15 Flame.
COCENTRATED ATTACK(Passive) - Every 8 seconds, your next Basic Attack deals 50% additional damage. Basic Attacks reduce this cooldown by 1 second.
GATHERING POWER (Passive)- Passively grants 5% Ability Power. Each Hero takedown increases this bonus by 2% to a maximum of 15% . This bonus Ability Power is reset to 5% on death.
TALENTS [level 7]
VULCANO (E^) - If Lava Pool hits only one target the cooldown is reduced to 0.
VULCANIC GRASP (Q^) - If you use Flame Grasp on target that is on Lava Pool, the target is stuned for 1.5 seconds and takes additional 20% damage.
FIRST AID(Active) - Activate to heal 35% of your max Health over 6 seconds. This ability has 60 second cooldown.

FLAME EMBRACE (Q^) - Using Flame Grasp with Max Flame increases damage by 500% and range by 750%.

INFINTE FLAME (Active) - Activate to gain 300 Flame. This ability has 60 second cooldown.
REGENARITIVE FLAME(Passive) - Now your Flame will generate itself. (4 per second)

MANA OVERLOAD (W^) - If Ignite Mana is used with Max Flame it can be casted again for free in 3 seconds. (only once)
LAVA CORE (E^) - If any enemy standing on Lava Pool is hit by your basic attack it takes additional 120 damage in 4 seconds. Damage done by this effect generates Flame.
FLAME OF SULFURON (Q^) - Flame Grasp have 3 charges, cooldown incresed to 6.5 seconds and generates 75% of damage done.
MOLTEN ARMOR(Active) - Activate to gain shield equal to 180% of your Flame for 3 seconds. This ability has 60 seconds cooldown.

FLAME OF FIRELANDS (R^) - Also deals 75% of damage and applies all effects to all enemies near the target.
ARMAGEDDON (R^) - When Eruption is activated nerby enemies take 120 damage every 0.5 seconds, and final explosion damage is increased by 30%.
BOLT OF THE STORM (Active) - Activate to teleport to a nearby location. This ability has 40 seconds cooldown.
ENTERNAL FLAME(Active) - When activated all your abilities don't use any Flame. This effect lasts 4 seconds and has 60 seconds cooldown. (If you have Max Flame while Enternal Flame is actvated all your abilities have Max Flame effect but don't consume any Flame)
Seriously now, I prefer to have Ragnaros himself rather than his 'right hand' whom I bet the great majority of HotS and WoW players don't give two flying f*cks about in comparison.
There are already many custom Ragnaroses and probobly not so many Barons, thats why i made him. But if i were to choose which one to put in HOtS: RAGNAROS ALL DAY BABY!

700% seems fine since it's hard to meet the conditions and the base is VERY low (210 at Lv. 20). It's also close range on a squishy squish. I wouldn't count it as an auto attack though, except for the purposes of his passive.
Interesting concept, but at level 13 you can have Q deal 1200% additional damage. Let's do some math on this real quick, and just assume we are at level 30.
8*29+50= 232 damage. Not much, in fact it's very low at level 30. However, if we grab Flame Embrace at 13, and use it at max flame, the damage becomes 3,384 DAMAGE. If we also have Volcanic Grasp at 7, and use it on a lava pool, And just for ***** and giggles, Focused attack, since it counts as an auto attack. the damage is now
8,174
Let's put that into perspective.
Nova's Snipe when used from stealth and with ambush snipe: 1,245
Kael'Thas' Pyroblast when used with Arcane Power and 5 stacks of Gathering Power: 2,778
Zeratul's Cleave when used with 5 stacks of gathering power, from stealth, spec'd into ambush cleave, and adding the damage from rending cleave: 1,184
Jaina Health Pool: 4,190
Raynor Health Pool: 4,205
Sonya's health pool: 7,020
Tyreal Health Pool: 7,400
Johanna Health Pool: 7,670
Muradin Health Pool: 8,000
You could quite literally one shot anyone aside from muradin with avatar up every 5 seconds, due to his autoattack being 298 at 30, and generating 100% of that as flame per auto attack.
I also agree with Tatanka. Maybe something like all 3 consecutive attack deal deal 500% basic attack damage ?

I like the idea, although, Ignite Mana is pretty useless to anyone who doesn't use mana. (Illidan, Sonya). I would advise a rework. Also, Max Flame for Flame Grasp seems insanely powerful, I would advise to nerf that. Keep it up!
