A powerful Death Knight, Rivendare charges into battle with heavy sustain. He is difficult to kill with constant healing and damage reduction, and gains Blood Runes in battle to bolster his abilities, which can be consumed to stay alive for even longer. He is always faster than regular heroes and has powerful engage and chase, and only gains power the longer he fights.

Rune Tap
Every basic attack gives you 3 stacks of Blood Runes, to a max of 60. Blood Runes give you and your abilities bonuses, but you can activate this ability to consume all your Blood Runes, healing you for 1% of your max health and mana for each Blood Rune Consumed. Higher Blood Rune Bonuses also give you all the lower ones, but you will only gain the bonus based on how many Blood Runes you had before you cast the ability. Dying causes you to lose all your stacks.
20 Blood Runes: Every Blood Rune increases your health regen by 1% 40 Blood Runes: Your basic attacks cleave to nearby enemies. Each attack still only grants 3 stacks. 60 Blood Runes: Your basic attacks heal you for 35% of the damage done.

Death Charge
Quickly charge forward, stopping at the first enemy hit and dealing 100 damage (+20 per level) to them and stunning them for 0.5 seconds. As well, you swing your sword in a small arc in front of you, instantly striking nearby enemies with a basic attack.

20 Blood Runes: Sword Swing arc size increased, does 50% more damage to primary target. 40 Blood Runes: Target is slowed by 30% for 2 seconds. 60 Blood Runes: Stun length increased to 1.5 seconds.

Death Siphon
Deal 70 damage (+10 per level) per second to a nearby enemy hero for 3 seconds or until they move away from you. You gain 5 Blood Runes per second per enemy hit while this is active.
Mana: 75 Cooldown: 10 seconds
20 Blood Runes: Deals 50% more damage and lasts 2 seconds longer. 40 Blood Runes: Heal for 5% of your max health per second for each enemy hit. 60 Blood Runes: Also damages enemies between you and your target.

Bone Shield
Gain a stack of Bone Shield, to a max of 6. Each stack reduces the damage you take by 5%, but every time you lose 10% of your max health you lose one stack.
Mana: 20 Cooldown: 4 seconds
20 Blood Runes: Requires you to lose 15% of your max health to lose a stack. 40 Blood Runes: Every stack causes nearby enemies to take 50 damage (+8 per level) per second. 60 Blood Runes: Gaining a stack of Bone Shield restores 8% of your max health.

Launch a wave of shadow tendrils forward, marking the first 2 enemy heroes hit. After 1 second, begin to pull them towards your hero, dealing 50 damage (+5 per level) per second to them. Lasts 3 seconds.
Mana: 100 Cooldown: 60 seconds
20 Blood Runes: Can grab one additional target 40 Blood Runes: Affected enemies are also slowed by 25% for 3 seconds after it ends. 60 Blood Runes: Effect lasts 2 seconds longer
Storm Talent Gorefiend's Grasp pulls enemies even faster and makes them unable to move further away from you by any means until it ends (Like Lamb to the Slaughter). At the end of the effect, all targets are stunned for 2.5 seconds.

Level 1 Regeneration Master - Collecting Regen Globes permanently health regen by 1.5 per second Seasoned Marksman - For every 6 enemy Minion or captured Mercenary kills near your Hero, gain 1 Basic Attack damage. Hero Takedowns count as 3 Minion kills. Soul Tap - Basic attacks give you one additional Blood Rune Dread Charge - Death Charge range increased by 50%
Level 4 Bone Barrier - Maximum Bone Shield stacks increased to 10 Death Grasp - Death Siphon range increased by 30% and duration increased by 1.5 seconds. Harvest Strike - Gain twice as many Blood Runes from Death Charge's sword swing. Amplified Healing - Increases all regeneration and healing effects received by 30% Undeath - You always respawn with maximum Blood Runes. Activate to instantly gain 10 Blood Runes (20 second cooldown)
Level 7 Battle-Momentum - Basic attacks reduce basic ability cooldowns by 0.5 seconds. Drain Life - Death Siphon's healing at 40 Blood Runes is increased by 50% Adaptability - After losing a stack of Bone Shield, you must lose 5% more of your maximum health to lose another one for 6 seconds. Vampiric Reins - Death Charge's impact damage and Sword Swing basic attacks heal you for the damage done. Death Charge's cooldown is reduced by 1 second for every enemy hit.
Level 10 Blood Boil - Passively Damage nearby enemies and heal for a percentage of the damage done Gorefiend's Grasp - Pull enemy heroes towards your own and damage them over time
Level 13 No Escape - Death Grasp slows it's main target by 25% Kick - Death Charge's slow at 40 Blood Runes lasts twice as long and is twice as effective Bone Burst - Losing a stack of Bone Shield stuns nearby enemies for 0.5 seconds and restores 3% of your max health for every enemy hit. Soul Siphon - Death Siphon deals 100% more damage to it's primary target and does extra damage equal to 50% of the original damage done over 3 seconds. Giant Killer - Basic attacks against heroes deal extra damage equal to 1.5% of their max health
Level 16 Relentless Charge - Death Charge will drag all enemies hit it's full range, applying the stun and damage to all of them. Bloodlust - Maximum Blood Runes increased to 100. There are no further bonuses after 60. Consumption - Consuming your Blood Runes restores 50% more health and mana Shield of Death - Damage reduction from Bone Shield is doubled and it's cooldown is 1 second shorter
Level 20 Soul Drain - Blood Boil can be activated to heal yourself for 0.5% of your max health and mana and damage nearby enemies for 0.2% of their max health for every Blood Rune you have, without consuming them. 30 second cooldown. Asphyxiate - Gorefiend's Grasp pulls enemies even faster and makes them unable to move further away from you by any means (Like Lamb to the Slaughter). At the end of the effect, all targets are stunned for 2.5 seconds. Hardened Shield - Activate to take 75% less damage for 3 seconds Death's Champion - Blood Rune bonuses require half as many Blood Runes
