Bob's "insurance policy" has him covered.
If Bob dies while holding map specific items; such as Doubloons, Gems, Warheads, Turrets or Biotic Emitters; he does not drop them.
If Bob dies while inside a Capture Point of Mercenary Camps, his body contests the Mercenary Camp for 10 seconds.
Passive: Increase Bob's basic attack damage to Minions and Mercenaries by 150%, and gain 25 Armor against them, reducing damage taking by 25%.
*The ability activates automatically when the condition mets. Either when you die on a Capture Point of Mercenary Camp and/or when you die with map specific items with you. Then the cooldown starts ticking. If you die while you don't have this ability up, everyhing follows as if you were any other hero. Enemies get a notification when they put this ability on cooldown, such as with Murky's egg

Activate to consume 2 stack of You're all fired! to fire an allied Minion. Firing an allied Minion does not leave an Experience Globe.
Passive: Gain 1 stack of You're all fired! when a nearby [Range: 5] allied Minion dies. Maximum 100 stacks.

[W] Cheer Up
Cooldown: 12 seconds
After 1 second, shield nearby [Range: 4] allied Heroes, Minions and Mercenaries for 500 (+4% per level) damage for 3 seconds. Duration doubled for Minions and Mercenaries.

[E] Right Hand Man
Cooldown: 10 seconds Cast Range: 7.5 units
Bob becomes the Right Hand Man of an allied Hero. Both him and his Right Hand Man help each other as long as they stay close [Range: 10].
30% of incoming damage to one of the two redirects immediately to the other and both also gain 15% Movement Speed as long as they move in the general direction [Something like 30°] of the other.
Bob can only have 1Right Hand Man at a time.
* If either leave the range, all effects stop working until you met up again. There's no duration. If you cast it on another ally, the previous one automatically ends.
Heroic Abilities

[R] Promote to Bartendotron
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Cast Range: 5 units
Promote a nearby allied Minion to Bartendotron. Bartendotrons will cast a talentless copy of Cheer Up whenever Bob casts it, they can soak Experience Globes and will push a lane such as other Minions do. Bartendotron does not award any Expirience.
After 0.5 seconds, open and enter a Tavern with 2000 (+4% per level) Health. Bob and his allies can enter and exit the Tavern at will. While in the Tavern, occupants heal for 5% of their maximum Health each second.
Exiting the Tavern grants 5% Movement Speed for each second spent inside for 3 seconds. Tavern last 10 seconds, or until destroyed.
* As with Blaze's Bunker, everyone ends most detrimental effects when entering the Tavern. The Tavern acts as terrain for all other abilities, and it's a bit larger than Blaze's Bunker
