General Concept: (Subject to change) Role: DPS A furious Warrior who has mastered the art of carnage, dual-wielding weapons that any sane individual would much rather two-hand.
Core Abilities: (Numbers are placeholders until properly tested) Titan's Grip (Passive):You can now dual-wield two-handed weapons.
Bloodthirst (Active):A barbaric attack that heals you for a portion of your maximum Health.
Enrage (Passive):Your critical Bloodthirsts temporally grant you massive bonus Attack Speed.
Furious Slash (Passive):Your auto attacks increase the critical strike chance of your next Bloodthirst, up to a limit.
Rampage (Active):A frenzied onslaught of auto attacks that deal bonus damage.
Raging Blow (Active):An impulsive swing that extends Enrage’s duration, and can only be cast while Enraged.
Combat Trait

Power Resource: Rage
(Passive): You generate 2 Rage per second while below 50 Rage, and lose 2 Rage per second while both above 50 Rage and out of combat. You generate 3 Rage on each of your auto attacks and 1 Rage per 1% of your maximum Health received in damage. While at or above 50 Rage, many of your abilities gain new effects at the cost of 50 Rage.

Unlocked at Level 78
(Passive): While Enraged, you deal (11% + (1% Per X Mastery)) bonus Physical damage.

Titan's Grip
Unlocked at Level 10
(Passive): You can now dual-wield two-handed weapons, but your off-hand deals 50% reduced damage and auto attacks from both hands have a 19% chance to miss.

Enrage
Unlocked at Level 10
(Passive): Your critical Bloodthirsts will Enrage you for 4s, increasing your Attack Speed by 100% and removing your penalties from dual-wielding.
Enrage’s duration can only be extended to up to 4s at any time.

Furious Slash
Unlocked at Level 14
(Passive):Each of your auto attacks increases the Critical Strike Chance of your next Bloodthirst by 10%, stacking up to 10 times.

Focus in Chaos
Unlocked at Level 48
(Passive): When you activate Rampage, you have a chance equal to 50% of your Haste percentage to gain Focus in Chaos for 6s, causing each of your auto attacks to cause all of your active abilities to instantly cool down by 0.25s.

Bloodthirst
Unlocked at Level 10 Cooldown: 6s
(Active): Assault the target in a barbarous rage, dealing (262% of Attack Power) Physical damage and restoring 4% of your maximum Health.
(Rage Bonus):Critical Bloodthirsts deal bonus damage equal to 100% of your Critical Strike Chance percentage and bonus healing equal to 200% of your Critical Strike Chance percentage.

Rampage
Unlocked at Level 10 Cooldown: 10s
(Active): Wildly lash out on your next 3auto attacks, up to 6, causing them to deal 100% bonus damage.
(Rage Bonus):Rampage empowers an additional 3auto attacks.

Raging Blow
Unlocked at Level 20 Cooldown: None
(Active): An impulsive swing with both weapons that deals 2 sets of (165% of Attack Power) Physical damage.
Raging Blow can only be activated while Enraged, but each hit extends Enrage’s duration by 1s (2s for critical strikes).
Unlocked at Level 60
(Passive): Casting a Rage-empowered Ability empowers your next Raging Blow to critically strike.

Execute
Unlocked at Level 32 Cooldown: None
(Active): Attempt to finish off a wounded foe, causing 2 sets of (290% of Attack Power) Physical damage. You can only Execute victims that have a Health Percentage at or below 20%.
(Rage Bonus):Execute can be used on an enemy regardless of their Health Percentage, but refunds 1 Rage for every 2% of their stored Health Percentage or deals 4% bonus damage for every 2% of their missing Health Percentage.

Gnashing Bellow
Unlocked at Level 40 Cooldown: 10s
(Active): Unleash a blood-curdling roar, dealing (150% of Attack Power) Physical damage to all enemies within 8y. Hitting 2 or more enemies causes drives you into a frenzy for 10s, causing your auto attacks to also hit all enemies 8y in front of you, dealing 10% reduced damage to each additional enemy hit down to 50% damage minimum.
(Rage Bonus): The frenzy effect now deals 5% reduced damage to each additional enemy hit down to 75% damage minimum.

Battle Cry
Unlocked at Level 50 Cooldown: 60s
(Active): Let loose a war howl, increasing your Critical Strike Chance to 100% for 5s.
Heroic Abilities

Charge
Unlocked at Level 3 Cast Range: 8-25y Cooldown: 20s
(Active): Charge to the enemy target, dealing (70% of Attack Power) Physical damage on impact, rooting it for 1s and then reducing their movement speed by 50% for 6s.

Heroic Leap
Unlocked at Level 26 Cast Range: 8-40y Cooldown: 45s
(Active): Leap through the air toward the target location, slamming down with destruction force to deal (62.4% of Attack Power) Physical damage to all enemies within 8y.

Piercing Howl
Unlocked at Level 28 Cooldown: 15s
(Active): Snare all enemies within 15y, reducing their Movement Speed by 50% for 15s.
When you activate a Rage-empowered ability, Piercing Howl's cooldown is reset.

Berserker's Rage
Unlocked at Level 42 Cooldown: 60s
(Active): Go raving mad, removing and becoming Immune to Fear, Sap, and Incapacitate effects for 6s.

Intimidating Shout
Unlocked at Level 70 Cooldown: 90s
(Active): Cause the targeted enemy to cower in fear, and up to 5 additional enemies within 8y to run away. Victims are disoriented for up to 8s.

Commanding Shout
Unlocked at Level 80 Cooldown: 180s
(Active): Let loose an assertive howl, granting all party or raid members within 30y15% increased maximum health for 10s. After this effect expires, the health is lost.
Talent Tree (PVE)
Tier 1 Unlocked at Level 15 Cull the Meek (Passive): While a victim's Health Percentage is below 20%, your auto attacks generate 2 bonus Rage.
War Machine (Passive):Bloodthirst generates 8 Rage, or 12 if a critical strike.
Savage Trance (Passive): While Enraged, your Rage bonus costs are reduced by 15 Rage.
Tier 2 Unlocked at Level 30 Yellow-Bellied (Passive): While a victim's Health Percentage is below 20%, Piercing Howl prevents them from activating Movement-based Abilities.
Bull-Headed (Passive):Charge also roots all enemies within 8y of the initial victim for 2s, but refunds 25% of its cooldown if 3 or less victims are struck (40% vs 1 victim).
