Level 1:
Burning Wounds: Max stacks of Black Hand increased by 1. Does not increase number of stacks needed for Black Hand's stun.
Slag Grenade: Increases the radius of Slag Bomb by 20%
Inferno Bomb: Quest: Hitting 25 enemies with Slag Bomb grants a 2nd charge.
Level 4:
Shattering Cleave: Shattering Smash hits up to 2 nearby enemies for 50% damage, applies 1 stack of Black Hand to secondary targets
Inferno Charge: Iron Rush summons a ring of fire around Blackhand that deals damage to nearby enemies
Blazing Hand: Quest: Stunning 20 enemies with Black Hand reduces the number of stacks needed to stun down to 4
Level 7:
Iron Horde Reinforcements: Active: Calls in 2 iron horde grunts to fight alongside Blackhand. 60 second cooldown
Brutal Smash: Shattering Smash hits a 3rd time for 50% of its normal damage, does not apply a 3rd stack of Black Hand
Explosive Hand: Enemies who reach 4 stacks of Black Hand explode dealing damage to nearby enemies
Level 10:
Iron Star: Calls in an iron star to roll forward dealing heavy damage to enemies hit in its path. At the end of its path it explodes dealing massive damage. Can be recast to detonate early.
Iron Siege Cannon: Calls in an iron siege cannon for 15 seconds. Casting this ability again orders it to fire at the target location dealing damage to enemies in the area.
Level 13:
Blackrock Armor Cache: Places down an armor rack for allies to use. Granting 10 armor for 20 seconds
Blackrock Weapons Cache: Places down a weapons stockpile for allies to use. Increasing their spell power and attack damage by 10% for 20 seconds.
Level 16:
Crushing Blow: Shattering Smash now instantly applies the stun from Black Hand, but increases its cooldown by 4 seconds.
Forged in Blackrock: Slag Bomb now applies 2 stacks of Black Hand to its primary target, and 1 stacks to enemies caught in the blast
Iron Juggernaut: Casting Iron Rush on an enemy hero refreshes the cooldown on Shattering Smash
Level 20:
Blackrock Star: Iron Star now carries enemies along its path.
Siege Barrage: Each shot from Iron Siege Cannon now fires twice.
Blackrock Fury: Applying stacks of Black Hand to enemy heroes lowers ultimate cooldown by 1 second per stack.
Iron Armaments: Unlocks Blackrock Armor or Weapon caches. (Whichever one you didn't take at 13), and doubles the bonuses from these effects.
