Blackheart finally gets off his ship, and decides to pillage enemy teams himself. A melee specialist, he needs to pick up some doubloons to buy himself a good and loyal crew. Depending on your playstyle, he can either defend an area or walk down a lane with an army of ghost pirates, smashing everything in his way.

Pirate's Booty
When an enemy is slain near Blackheart, doubloons are dropped according to the type of enemy killed (1 for a minion, 5 for a mercenary, 10 for a champion or 20 for a boss or important structure). He can then pick up these coins (max 100) by walking near them.
This passive can be activated to replace his normal skills with new ones.
Primary Abilities

Day of the Tentacle / Plagued Pirate
Blackheart summons a tentacle at the targeted location. This tentacle is a summoned unit which will slap nearby enemy units every second for X damage, and prioritizes. The tentacle can be killed by enemit units.
The tentacle is able to pick up doubloons. Blackheart can collect by doubloons by clicking on the tentacle. When killed, the tentacle drops his doubloons.
While using his trait, Blackheart can spend 5 doubloons to summon a normal pirate. He acts as a less durable Blackheart without spells and with untalented basic attacks.

Rotting Bullet / Lunging Looter
Blackheart targets an enemy unit with his pistol, and shoots a sickly green bullet. The bullet inflicts X damage, and inflicts the Rotting debuff for 3 seconds. Rotting enemies are slowed and leave behind a green cloud of decay. Blackheart and his summoned units gain bonus movement speed while walking in the trail.
While using his T, Blackheart can spend 10 doubloons to summon a fast and agile pirate. While weaker than a normal pirate, he is faster and able to jump on rotting enemy units from afar.

Sunken Cannon / Croaking Cannoneer
Blackheart summons a cannon from the depths at the targeted point, and points it in a direction (vector targeting). After 0.5 seconds, it fires a cannonball that deals heavy damage to the first enemy unit hit, and stuns enemy structures.
When using his trait, Blackheart can spend 20 doubloons to summon a cannoneer. Every 3 seconds, he shoots a cannonball towards the nearest marked enemy (or a random enemy, if none is marked nearby).

Chest of lemons
Blackheart drops a chest of lemons at the targeted location. Allied units can click on the chest to eat a lemon, restoring X health and cleasing themselves of any debuff. The chest holds 3 lemons.

Man with the golden gun
Blackheart spends 5 doubloons, increasing his next Rotting Bullet's damage by 100%. Blackheart can re-cast this spell up to 2 times afterwards.
Heroic Abilities

Make it rain, boys !
Blackheart calls his ship, targeting a wide horizontal area. After 0.5 seconds, cannonballs start falling randomly in that area for at least 3 seconds, dealing X damage. This spell also consumes Blackheart's doubloons, increasing the duration by 0.5 seconds for every 10 doubloons spent.

Putrid Sea
Blackheart calls forth water from the depths, drenching an area in stale water. Enemy units in stale water take X damage per second, and are reanimated as pirates if killed. Structures destroyed become tentacles and enemy heroes killed become a ghoul, an undead version of their former self. Blackheart can order these ghouls to move or attack by casting R2 again.
Talents
Level 1
1. Gold Coat (T) : Blackheart takes 5% less damage for every 20 doubloons he holds. 2. Hey, blondie, come see daddy (T) : Blackheart now attracts doubloons from a short distance away. 3. Voice from the depths (T) : Blackheart cannot be silenced while channeling his trait. 4. One good eye (W) : Rotting Bullet's range is increased by 20%.
Level 4
1. Rusty bullets (W) : Rot now also decays physical defenses over time (10% per second). 2. Tasty lemons (1) : Blackheart can now summon a chest full of lemons. Allied heroes can pick up a lemon to recover X health and cure themselves of any debuff. 3. Fragile antiques (E) : Cannonballs fired by a cannon or a cannonneer now break on impact, dealing 80% damage in a cone. 4. Helping hand (Q) : Blackheart can now reactivate Day of the Tentacle. This kills the summoned unit, but grants Blackheart every doubloon the tentacle held. 5. Release the kraken ! (Q) : Blackheart can now hold two charges of Day of the Tentacle.
Level 7
1. It is dangerous to go unarmed, take this (Q) : Blackheart can now target a normal pirate and spend 5 more doubloons to grant him a pistol. Pirates occasionally fire their gun. It does not interrupt their movement. 2. Explosive excitement (W) : Fast pirates are now faster, but explode after 5 seconds or when they are killed, dealing X damage around them. 3. Quick reload (E) : Cannonners now fire every 2 seconds. 4. Return on investment (T) : When killed, summoned units frop half their cost in doubloons (rounded down).
Level 13
1. Plagueblood-soaked blade (T) : Blackheart's auto attacks now inflict or refresh Rot. 2. Ol' rusty cutlass (T) : Blackheart's auto attacks now deal 80% damage on impact, and deal 80% damage over time. 3. Breath of damp air (W) : Blackheart and summoned units now recover X life points every second while standing in a cloud of decay. 4. Slimey blimey (Q) : Tentacles now slow enemy units hit (20% per hit, can stack to 60%). 5. Bring it down (E) : Enemy structures hit by cannonballs now also lose 2 ammo.
Level 17
1. Burning Rage (T) 2. Man with the golden gun (2) : Blackheart can now spend 5 doubloons up to 3 times. Blackheart's next Rotting Bullet's damage will be increased by 100% for every 5 doubloons spent. 3. Free hug (Q) : If a tentacle is nearby, Blackheart can order it to hold an enemy unit, rooting it for 1 second. 4. Bloated corpse (W) : Clouds of decay left by enemies afflicted with Rot now damage enemy units (X damage every 0.5 seconds). If an enemy dies while afflicted by Rot, he explodes, dealing X damage around himself, and inflicting or refreshing Rot.
Level 20
1. Salt their lands (R1) : The barrage now salts the ground for 6 seconds. Salted ground reduces enemy movement speed, healing and regeneration. 2. Davy Jones' Locker (R2) : Putrid Sea now creates a whirlpool, slowing enemies hit and attracting them to the center. 3. One crew, one mind (T) : Summoned units now benefit from every passive talent Blackheart has selected. 4. Say hello to my little friends (T) : Blackheart's summons can now be cast globally (this includes Day of the tentacle).
