Reworked Arms Warrior (For WoW)

General Concept: (Subject to change)
Role: DPS
A battle-hardened Warrior who constantly shifts their stance to probe an enemy’s defenses, before quickly overwhelming them when the window of opportunity presents itself.

Core Abilities: (Numbers are merely placeholders until properly tested)
Concealed Wounds
(Passive): Your Stance-based attacks deal bonus periodic damage, up to a limit.

Deadly Calm
(Passive): Each time you complete a series of Stance-based attacks, you temporally deal bonus damage and have a reduced global cooldown, up to a limit.

Skull Sunder
(Active): A Stance-based attack that deals bonus critical damage.

Colossus Smash
(Active): A Stance-based attack that allows you to temporally bypass armor.

Mortal Strike
(Active): A Stance-based attack that deals bonus Concealed Wounds damage.

Mercy Stroke
(Active): An overwhelming attack that cannot be traditionally avoided, but consumes all stored Deadly Calm.

Combat Trait

Power Resource: Rage
(Passive): You generate 2 Rage per second while below 50 Rage, and lose 2 Rage per second while both above 50 Rage and out of combat. You generate 5 Rage on each of your auto attacks and 1 Rage per 1% of your maximum Health received in damage. While at or above 50 Rage, many of your Abilities gain new effects at the cost of 50 Rage.

Mastery: Opportunity Strikes
Unlocked at Level 78

(Passive): Storm’s Eye converts their victim’s Concealed Wounds into bonus instant Physical damage, equal to (50% + (1% Per X Mastery)) of the periodic Bleed amount. This bonus is increased to (100% + (2% Per X Mastery)) for Mercy Stroke.

Concealed Wounds
Unlocked at Level 10

(Passive): Your Stance-empowered Abilities deal an additional 30% Bleed damage over 6s. A victim can store up to (1000% of Attack Power) worth of Concealed Wounds at any time.

Hamstring
Unlocked at Level 16

(Passive): When you shift Stances, your next auto attack also Hamstring’s the victim for 6s, causing them to move slower equal to 100% of their Health Percentage.

If the victim’s missing Health Percentage exceeds 25%, then the excess slow rapidly decays over 1s until it reaches 25%.

Deadly Calm
Unlocked at Level 28

(Passive): Activating a Conqueror Stance-based Ability grants you 1 Deadly Calm stack, up to 3, increasing your damage done by 10% and reduces your global cooldown by 0.25s per stack for up to 16s or until consumed.

Skull Sunder
Unlocked at Level 10
Cooldown: 2.5s

(Active): Attempt to split the enemy target’s skull in twain, dealing (245% of Attack Power) Physical damage.

Shifts your Stance to that of a Khan for 10s.

(Battlemaster Stance Bonus): Critical Skull Sunders deal 45% bonus damage.

(Rage Bonus): Skull Sunder is guaranteed to critically strike.

Whirlwind
Unlocked at Level 22
Cooldown: 2.5s

(Active): Unleash a cyclone of steel, dealing 2 sets of (50% of Attack Power) Physical damage to all enemies within 8y.

Shifts your Stance to that of a Khan for 10s.

(Battlemaster Stance Bonus): Each subsequent hit from the same Whirlwind deals 25% more than the last.

(Rage Bonus): Whirlwind hits 2 additional times.

Colossus Smash
Unlocked at Level 10
Cooldown: 2.5s

(Active): Break into the enemy target’s guard, dealing (330% of Attack Power) Physical damage that bypasses 25% of the victim’s armor.

Can only be used while in Khan Stance, and shifts your Stance to that of a Conqueror for 10s.

(Rage Bonus): Allows you to bypass 25% of the victim’s armor for the next 16s.

Fell Cleave
Unlocked at Level 40
Cooldown: 2.5s

(Active): Strike all enemies 8y in front of you with a sweeping attack for (290% of Attack Power) Physical damage, dealing 10% reduced damage to each additional enemy hit down to 50% damage minimum.

Can only be used while in Khan Stance, and shifts your Stance to that of a Conqueror for 10s.

(Rage Bonus): Fell Cleave now deals 5% reduced damage to each additional enemy hit down to 75% damage minimum.

Mortal Strike
Unlocked at Level 10
Cooldown: 2.5s

(Active): Attempt to sever the enemy target from their mortal coil, dealing (775% of Attack Power) Physical damage and applies Mortal Wounds to them, reducing their healing received by 25% for 10 seconds.

Can only be used while in Conqueror Stance, and shifts your Stance to that of a Battlemaster for 10s.

(Rage Bonus): Mortal Strike applies an additional 30% damage towards Concealed Wounds.

Rending Blow
Unlocked at Level 55
Cooldown: 2.5s

(Active): Carve into all enemies 8y in front of you as if they are lambs to the slaughter, dealing (1150% of Attack Power) Physical damage over 16s, split evenly between all victims hit.

Can only be used while in Conqueror Stance, and shifts your Stance to that of a Battlemaster for 10s.

(Rage Bonus): Rending Blow deals full damage to all victims.

Mercy Stroke
Unlocked at Level 60
Cooldown: 2.5s

(Active): Overpower the enemy target’s defenses, dealing (1450% of Attack Power) Physical damage that cannot be blocked, dodged, or parried.

Can only be used while 3 Deadly Calm stacks are stored, consuming them upon activation.

The more traditional Execute exists on my reworked WoW Fury Warrior (Berserker).

Bladestorm
Unlocked at Level 65
Cooldown: 2.5s

(Active): Throws a whirling weapon at the target location that marks all enemies within 8y with 7 Storm’s Eye stacks over 3s. When Bladestorm expires, all Storm’s Eye marks are consumed, dealing (150% of Attack Power) Physical damage to a victim per mark on them.

Can only be used while 3 Deadly Calm stacks are stored, consuming them upon activation.

Rotation Stalling Variant:
(Active): Become an unstoppable storm of destructive steel for 3s, marking all enemies within 8y every 0.42s with 1 Storm’s Eye mark, up to 7. When Bladestorm ends, all Storm’s Eye marks are consumed, dealing (150% of Attack Power) Physical damage to a victim per mark on them.

While Bladestorm is active, you are immune to movement impairing and loss of control effects, but can only activate defensive abilities and avoid attacks.

Can only be used while 3 Deadly Calm stacks are stored, consuming them upon activation.

Siegebreaker
Unlocked at Level 72
Cooldown: 2.5s

(Active): Unleash your Focused Rage upon the enemy target, dealing (405% of Attack Power) Physical damage.

Can only be cast while under the effect of Focused Rage, consuming it upon activation, but ignores the global cooldown. You gain Focused Rage from every third Rage-empowered ability.

Unlocked at Level 85

(Passive): Siegebreaker deals an additional 100% damage as a Concealed Wound.

Heroic Abilities

Second Wind
Unlocked at Level 18
Cooldown: 15s

(Active): If you are struck by an attack within the next 3s, you gain a Second Wind for up to 15s or until consumed.

Self-Restraint
Unlocked at Level 18
Cooldown: None

(Active): Take a pacifying breath to heal yourself for (10% of Maximum Health) Health, with the healing increased by a percentage equal to 300% of your missing Health Percentage.

Can only be activated while under the effect of Second Wind, consuming it upon activation, but ignores the global cooldown.

Retaliation
Unlocked at Level 34
Cooldown: None

(Active): Lash out with a vengeful strike that deals (150% of Attack Power) Physical damage to the enemy target, with the damage increased by a percentage equal to 300% of your missing Health Percentage.

Can only be activated while under the effect of Second Wind, consuming it upon activation, but ignores the global cooldown.

Shift Stance
Unlocked at Level 44
Cooldown: 2.5s

(Active): Shift your current Stance to the next in the sequence. If no Stance is being used when activated, you will shift into Stance fit for a Battlemaster.

Stance sequence is as follows: Battlemaster > Khan > Conqueror > Battlemaster > Repeat

Perfect Balance
Unlocked at Level 50
Cooldown: 60s

(Active): Allows activation of Abilities which require a certain Stance without being that Stance for 10s.

Charge
Unlocked at Level 3
Cast Range: 8-25y
Cooldown: 20s

(Active): Charge to the enemy target, dealing (70% of Attack Power) Physical damage on impact, rooting it for 1s and then reducing their movement speed by 50% for 6s.

Heroic Leap
Unlocked at Level 26
Cast Range: 8-40y
Cooldown: 45s

(Active): Leap through the air toward the target location, slamming down with destruction force to deal (62.4% of Attack Power) Physical damage to all enemies within 8y.

Intimidating Shout
Unlocked at Level 70
Cooldown: 90s

(Active): Cause the targeted enemy to cower in fear, and up to 5 additional enemies within 8y to run away. Victims are disoriented for up to 8s.

Commanding Shout
Unlocked at Level 80
Cooldown: 180s

(Active): Let loose an assertive howl, granting all party or raid members within 30y 15% increased maximum health for 10s. After this effect expires, the health is lost.
