Background: Having served under Nova's covert ops crew. Codename "Boomer" was the forefront heavy support specialist having served in many campaigns of anti-vehicle warfare. There is no armor too tough to crack for boomer's punisher grenades.
Design Philosophy: A beefy ranged specialist, Boomer acts as a heavy weapon support for his team. Meant to take down high health and armored targets but struggles against low health but highly mobile targets that can dodge his skillshots.

Punisher Munitions
Boomer's attacks and abilities ignore armor and gain 1%* increased damage for every point of physical and spell armor the target has.
*this means that if the target has "armor" Boomer's damage is increased by 2% per point of armor.

Supercavitating Grenades
Ability Key: Q Energy: 75 Cooldown: 10 seconds
Fires two enhanced RPGs in a target direction that each deal 156(+4%/level) damage to the first enemy they hit.

Auto-Loader Burst
Ability Key: W Energy: 75 Cooldown: 13 seconds
Causes Boomer's next 4 basic attacks to have 200% increased attack speed and each attack temporarily causes the target to take 10(+5%/level) additional damage each time it takes damage from Boomer with each attack for 10 seconds.

Rocket Dash
Ability Key: E Energy: 60 Cooldown: 12 seconds
Boomer dashes a short distance in the target direction. If he collides with an enemy hero they take 127(+4%/level) damage, are knocked back and will also be stunned for 2 seconds if they collide with terrain.

Devastator Turret
Ability Key: R Energy: 100 Cooldown: 100 seconds
Calls down a turret at the target location for 20 seconds. The turret fires RPGs that deal damage equal to Boomer's attack damage and is affected by Auto-Loader Burst.
Upgrade: Boomer Turret
While active, Boomer can command the turret to launch a long range missile every 4 seconds. The missile travels to the area and deals 425(+4%/level) damage to enemies. This missile cannot be launched within the turret's attack range.

Defense Drone
Ability Key: R Energy: 100 Cooldown: 80 seconds
Calls down a Drone at the target location for 10 seconds. The drone reveals a large area and grants a 357 (+4%/level) shield to allied heroes within its range that take damage for 4 seconds. Shielded heroes cannot be shielded again until it expires or is consumed.
Upgrade: Bio-Mechanical Repair
The drone now heals an allied hero within its range for 56(+4%/level) health per second for it's duration.
