Boommaster Flark is a ranged tank who uses goblin bombs to effectively counter more mobile heroes.

Flark's Bombardment
Flark's Basic Abilities are reduced by 5% for each nearby enemy Hero hit. Any damage reduced this way, is dealt as splash damage to the other nearby enemy Heroes.
If no additional enemy Heroes are hit, instead Flark's Basic Abilities are empowered and deal more damage to the single target.

Bomb Toss
Flark tosses out a goblin bomb that chases after enemy heroes. The bomb deals more damage the farther it travels.

Goblin Prank
Target ally gains a Corrosive Aura that deals damage and slows nearby enemies, then the aura explodes dealing additional damage to all nearby enemies. Other nearby Allies are also affected by Goblin Prank, though the secondary explosions cannot spread.

Booms Away
After 1 second, Boommaster Flark fires a homing missile at a target dealing damage.
If no splash damage is done to other enemy heroes, the target is rooted for 1.25 seconds.
If splash damage is done, all other enemy heroes hit are instead stunned for 0.5 seconds.
Heroic Abilities

Flark's Boom-Zooka
Flark launches up to 3 nearby allies at target enemy dealing explosive damage. Ally minions thrown this way increase the radius of the explosion.

Flark's Fireworks Show
Flark's fireworks shoot up into the air and shower down sparks that moves with him, creating a radius around Flark, . Enemies caught inside the area lose 25 armor. Enemies who leave the area are hit by fireworks and rooted.
