Brakk

The Jungle Tyrant

The planet Zerus, home to the vicious Primal Zerg, is a wild battleground where only the most adapt may live. Brakk, a primal ultralisk, was one who fought to his dying breath to assure his dominance over the realm would not be taken by Kerrigan and her vicious Zerg. Ultimately, he failed, but within the Nexus, he will be granted a second chance to become the next unconquered one.

Brakk is a sturdy frontline tank who is able to engage in combat and become stronger the longer the battle.

Combat Trait

Tyrant
Whenever Brakk successfully hits an enemy hero with his basic attack, he gains 2 armor for 4 seconds, stacking up to 10 times.
For each stack of Tyrant's Protection, Brakk heals for 0.5% of his maximum health from basic attacks.

Primary Abilities

Primal Swipe
Mana: 45
Cooldown: 7 seconds

Brakk swipes with his claws twice, dealing 75 damage in an arc infront of him both times and triggering a stack of Tyrant for each enemy hero struck.

Heal Adaptation
Mana: 50
Cooldown: 3 seconds

Brakk bursts with energy, healing himself for 5% of his maximum health. This ability has no cost if Brakk has avoided combat for 4 seconds.

Passive: Brakk gains 100% more healing from all sources if he has avoided combat for 4 seconds.

Brutal Charge
Mana: 60
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Target an enemy and then burrow to them. Upon reaching the target, resurface below them, dealing 200 damage to them and stunning them for 0.75 seconds. While burrowing, Brakk is immune to all effects.

Reactivate mid-burrow to burrow back to the start location of Brutal Charge.

Cooldown: 60 seconds

Brakk becomes unstoppable and gains 30 armor for 5 seconds. This ability can be used while stunned, rooted or slowed to break them.

Spike Barrage
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Unleash a barrage of spikes, dealing 100 damage to all enemies around Brakk, applying two stacks of Tyrant for each hero hit. The cooldown of Spike Barrage recharges 10% faster for each stack of Tyrant.

Talents

Level 1

Razorclaws:
Primal Swipe deals an additional 50 damage over 5 seconds with each swipe, stacking up to 2 times.

Evolve Carapace:
Quest: Each regeneration globe collected increases Brakk's maximum health by 15, up to a bonus 300.
Reward: Upon collecting 20 regeneration globes, Brakk heals for 15 health per second.

Vicious Momentum:
Brutal Charge deals 20% more damage and stuns for 0.25 seconds longer.

Level 4

Evolve Leeching:
Brakk heals for an additional 0.25% of his maximum health for each stack of Tyrant from basic attacks.

Savage Stalker:
Basic attacks from brushes cause Brakk to leap at his target and deal an additional 75 damage and grant an additional stack of Tyrant. This effect has a 5 second cooldown.

Heightened Senses:
Brutal Charge causes Tyrant to give double armor for 4 seconds after unburrowing.

Level 7

Ferocity:
Primal Swipe swipes two more times.

Evolve Claws:
Basic attacks gain 0.5 range and Brakk attacks 10% faster.

Evolve Stalking:
Brakk gains 3% movement speed per stack of Tyrant.

Zerus Purity:
Heal Adaptation heals for an additional 5% health 3 seconds later.

Level 10

Frenzy:
Mana: 100
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Brakk becomes unstoppable and gains 30 armor for 5 seconds. This ability can be used while stunned, rooted or slowed to break them.

Spike Barrage:
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Level 13

Quake:
Brutal Charge deals damage and stuns around the enemy, but at 50% effectiveness.

Lunge:
Primal Swipe's range is increased by 50%.

Evolve Sight:
Brakk's vision radius is increased by 1. Brutal Charge's cast range is increased by 50%.

Level 16

Evolve Stamina:
Brakk gains an additional 500 health and +2 health regeneration.

Digging Mitts:
Brakk moves 100% faster whilst burrowed.

Survival Instincts:
Heal Adaptation's out-of-combat effects are active at all times if Brakk is below 30% health.

Level 20

Enraged Pursuit:
Frenzy lasts 1 second longer and basic attacks during Frenzy refresh it's duration.

Razorspikes:
Increase the cooldown of Spike Barrage by 10 seconds, however Spike Barrage gains a second charge.

Tyrannozor:
Tyrant can stack up to 15 times and lasts for 1 more second.

Jungler:
Brutal Charge has global range, but it's cooldown is increased by 10 seconds.

Notes

    Casting Brutal Charge causes Brakk to automatically start moving towards his target at 100% increased movement speed.

    Avoiding combat means not attacking nor being attacked for a select amount of time.
