Druid of the Claw

Broll Bearmantle is a powerful druid who has gained great control over his wild animal forms after much training and experience. He ferociously fights for his allies on the frontlines, and continues to do so in the Nexus.

Broll is a frontline multiclass hero who an fill the roll of a Primary Tank or an Assassin. Starting the game off in Cat form, he is able to choose to either improve his cat form to drastically increase his killing capabilities later, or instead transform into his powerful Bear Form, granting him may defensive bonuses. Either way, Broll Bearmantle is a powerful ally, and a fearsome enemy.

Broll Bearmantle does not use a resource for either of his forms.

Combat Trait

Rend and Tear
Damaging an enemy with abilities applies bleed on them, dealing a small amount of damage each second its active.

Lasts 2 seconds

Primary Abilities

Thrash
Cooldown: 8 Seconds

Swipe your claws around you, dealing damage to all nearby enemies, and slowing their movement speed by 10% for 2 seconds.

Maul
Cooldown: 9 Seconds

Maul target enemy, dealing heavy damage to them.

Wild Charge
Cooldown: 14 seconds

Jump to a target enemy, slowing them by 40% for 1 second.

Heroic Abilities

Bear Form
Call upon the power of Ursoc, changing your form to a durable Bear, empowering several of your basic abilities, and granting access to the Frenzied Regeneration ability. Also increases your maximum health by 50%.

Empowered Abilites:
Trait - For each bleeding enemy hero, gain 8 armor, up to a maximum of 40 armor.
Thrash - Double the Slow amount and duration.
Wild Charge - Now stuns the target for 1.5 seconds upon arriving.

Frenzied Regeneration
Cooldown: 60 Seconds
Regenerate 50% of the damage to have taken in the last 4 seconds. After 4 seconds, you take damage equal to what was regenerated by this ability. This effect cannot kill you.

Empowered Cat Form
Call upon the power of Ashamane, improving several of your basic abilities damaging potential, increasing your movement speed by 15% (up to 30% if you havent taken damage in the last 4 seconds, and granting access to the Prowl ability.

Empowered Abilities:
Trait - Increase duration by 3 seconds
Maul - Increase Mauls Damage by 50% if used on a bleeding target
Wild Charge - Jumping to a bleeding target causes the bleed to deal 100% increased damage for 6 seconds.

Prowl
If you have not taken damage in the past 4 seconds, you may activate this ability to become stealthed.

Special Mount

Stag Form
Cooldown: 4 Seconds
Increase movespeed by 30%, taking damage reduces this 15% for 4 seconds.

Theoretical Talent Tree

Level 1


Vicious Claws
Every 8 Seconds, your next auto attack will apply rend and tear to the next enemy hit. Auto attacks now also refresh the duration of Rend and Tear.

Ferocious Bite
Your auto attacks against bleeding targets deal 30% more damage.

Brutal Paws
Every 8 Seconds, your next auto attack will stun the target for .5 seconds.

Level 4


Infected Wounds
After being affected by Rend and Tear for 4 Seconds, enemy heroes have their movement speed reduced by 20% as long as Rend and Tear remains.

Blood Frenzy
For every nearby bleeding hero, increase your movement speed by 5%, and increase your cooldown speed by 5%.

Give 'Em a Thrashing
Hitting a single enemy with Thrash increases its damage by 400% if the target is also bleeding.

Level 7


Predator Vs Prey
Using Wild Charge on an enemy affected with Rend and Tear refunds half the cooldown of Wild Charge.

Thrill of the Chase
For every Enemy hero hit with Thrash, increase movement speed by 10%, up to 40%.

Savage Strikes
Hitting an enemy affected by Rend and Tear with Thrash or Maul lowers their cooldowns by 2 seconds per enemy hero hit, up to 6 seconds of cooldown reduction for Thrash.

Heroic Choices



Level 13


Balance Affinity
Increase the range of Wild Charge and Thrash by 30%

Restoration Affinity
Every 3 seconds, restore 3% of your maximum health. If you are already at full health, heal a nearby ally for 3% of your max health.

Guardian Affinity
Gain 10 Armor
This talent is unable to be picked if Bear Form was chosen at Level 10

Feral Affinity
Increase Movement speed by 10%
This talent is unable to be chosen if Empowered Cat Form was chosen at Level 10

Level 16


Into the Fray
Using Wild charge on an enemy hero reduces their armor by 15 and grants you 15 armor for 3 seconds.

Pulverize
Using Maul on an enemy Hero causes them to take 30% more damage from you.

Soul of the Forest
Maul now stuns the target for 1.5 seconds and dealing 10% of their max health as damage, but adds 2 seconds to the cooldown.


Level 20


Resilience of Ursoc
As long as one enemy hero has Rend and Tear on them, you gain the maximum armor bonus from Bear Form

Fury of Ashamane
Stealth now has a 6 second cooldown, but you can use it even if you have taken damage within the past 4 seconds. While stealthed, using Maul will deal 50% bonus damage, and using Thrash while stealthed will double the damage and slow.

Intimidating Roar
Cooldown: 60 Seconds
Let out a terrifying roar, Fearing all nearby enemies for 1 second, causing them to run away from you.

Master of the Wilds
Choose a second affinity Talent that you dont already have, or are locked out of due to Heroic choices
