-Tough Pelt: Taking damage in Bear form doubles your basic attack resistance for 3 seconds. Has a cooldown of 30 seconds.
-Rend: Bleed effect length incresed by 1 second and it does 25% more damage
-Elune's Blessing: Eclipse can stack up to 2 more times
-Feral Swiftness: Transforming grants your Hero 30% increased movement speed for 8 seconds.

-Hardened Oak: 50% of damage blocked by Barkskin is returned to your hero as healing

-Skull Smash: Skull Bash range increased by 20%, and stun length increased by 1 second.
-From the shadows: When Stealth ends or is broken, your basic attacks deal 30% more damage for 3 seconds. If stealth is broken early, you retain the movement speed increase.
-Solar Flare: Solar Beam silence length increased by 0.75 seconds and deals 20% more damage.

-Eagle form: Travel form now turns you into an eagle, allowing you to fly over walls and obstacles.
LEVEL 20
-Guardian of life: Guardian of Elune shield increased to 50% your max health, last 5 seconds longer and radius of protection increased by 50%
-Savage Charge: Savage Roar is now targetable, and can be used on allies. If used on an ally, you still gain the effect.
-Stars Align: Astral Communion now lasts until you have 0 Mana, but you cannot regenerate mana until it ends.

Maybe you can add treant form as support?
I was thinking of giving him a healer form, but honestly three forms is complicated enough already, and we have Malfurion as a support druid anyway.
I have to say, this is a good concept, except 2 small things : Resources. Bear form should have rage like sonya. For your cat form, you should use energy, or generally remove resources from the cat form.
Otherwise, the abilities seem alright. The only ability that I'm personally missing is the bear charge.
Missing bear charge? Skull Bash is a charge for bear form.
I was considering making Bear form use rage and Cat use energy, but then I realized that having different resources for every form that you generate in different ways would really screw up HP and Mana percentages staying the same when you switch forms.
Otherwise, the abilities seem alright. The only ability that I'm personally missing is the bear charge.
So night elf form is useless? And you have 9 basic abillities?
He does not have a night elf form, and each basic ability is only available when he is in the correct form.
