Broll Bearmantle (UPDATED RESOURCES)

Shapeshifting Druid

Broll is able to transform into various forms, allowing him to serve as a number of different roles for the team as required. From a tank to a spell caster, Broll works well in small 2v2 or 3v3 unexpected engagements because of his adaptability.

Combat Trait

Transform!
Activate to transform into your next form, of three. Each has a unique set of abilities, a unique trait and a unique resource. Requires you to channel for 2 seconds.

Forms:
-Moonkin, a powerful mage/spellcaster with solid sustain damage who relies on standard mana.
-Cat, a stealthier damage over time assasin with powerful basic attacks who uses energy, which regenerates quickly but only out of combat.
-Bear, a tanky beast with high damage reduction abilities who uses rage, which is granted every time you take damage.

When you transform, you mana and health changes based on your max hp/mana, but stays at the same % of before you transformed.

Savage Defense (Bear Form)
Enemy basic attacks against you deal 15% less damage. Your Hero uses melee attacks. Has slow attack speed and increased health. Every time you receive and deal damage, gain 25 rage.

Sharpened Claws (Cat Form)
After using an ability, your basic attacks deal 35% more damage for 2 seconds. Your hero uses melee attacks. Has high basic attack damage and high attack speed but low health. Taking or dealing damage disables your energy regeneration for 3 seconds.

Eclipse (Moonkin form)
Casting an ability increases your ability damage by 5% for 3 seconds, stacking up to a max of 30%. Your hero uses ranged attacks. Has low damage basic attacks, low health, but lots of mana and extremely high mana regen.

Primary Abilities

Faerie Fire (Bear Form)
Deal 50 damage (+5 per level) to a target enemy, slowing them by 30% for 3 seconds and revealing them for 10 seconds. Medium range.

Cooldown: 10 seconds
Rage: 50

Barkskin (Bear Form)
Your Hero takes 20% less damage for 6 seconds. Usuable when stunned. (But not when silenced or polymorphed)

Cooldown: 15 seconds
Rage: 65

Skull bash (Bear form)
Charge forward a medium distance, dealing 75 (+10 per level) damage to the first enemy Hero hit and stunning them for 1 second.

Cooldown: 12 seconds
Rage: 75

Rake (Cat form)
Deal 100 damage (+15 per level) to an enemy and an additional 25 damage per second (+10 per level) for 2 seconds (Called bleeding). Does 25% more damage to targets that are already bleeding. Melee range.

Cooldown: 9 seconds
Energy: 65

Swipe (Cat form)
Deal 75 damage (+12 per level) to enemies in a small area in front of you, and deal an additional 25 damage per second (+10 per level) for 2 seconds (Called bleeding). 

Cooldown: 12 seconds
Energy: 65

Stealth (Cat form)
Turn your hero invisible and gain 50% increased movement speed for 5 seconds. Attacking, using abilities or taking damage will end it early.

Cooldown: 15 seconds
Energy: 75

Starsurge (Moonkin form)
Long range skillshot that deals 90 damage (+18 per level) to the first enemy hit, and 50% of that to enemies in a small area around them.

Cooldown: 9 seconds
Mana: 75

Shooting stars (moonkin form)
Deal 15 damage (+10 per level) to enemies in a small area. Gains double damage bonus from your trait. Has long range.

Cooldown: 4 seconds
Mana: 30

Solar beam (Moonkin form)
Deal 70 damage (+10 per level) to an enemy and silence them for 0.5 seconds. Has long range.

Cooldown: 14 seconds
Mana: 80

Heroic Abilities

Guardian of Elune
Gain 40% of your maximum health as a shield for 20 seconds. This shield takes 25% reduced damage from all sources. As long as the shield is active, Allied heroes within a medium area around you take 25% less damage, with that damage being dealt to you instead.

Cooldown: 100 seconds.
Rage: 100

Savage Roar
Gain 25% increased attack and movement speed. Your basic attacks heal you for 50% of damage dealt. Your basic attacks cleave and your cooldowns are 25% shorter. Lasts 8 seconds.

Cooldown: 110 seconds
Energy: 100

Astral Communion
Gain 30% increased ability power and restore your hero to full mana. Your abilities cost only 30 mana. Lasts 8 seconds.

Cooldown: 120 seconds
Mana: 0

Special Mount

Travel form
Instantly transform into a stag for 7 seconds, increasing movement speed by 50%. You cannot cast abilities or use basic attacks, and cannot be cancelled.

Cooldown: 20 seconds.

1000 health (+110 per level)
2.18 Regen (+0.3 per level)
450 Rage (+5 per level)
Cat Form:
750 health (+30 per level)
1 Regen (+0.1 per level)
500 Energy (+5 per level)
4.5 Regen (+0.1 per level)
Moonkin form:
765 health (+20 per level)
1.4 Regen (+0.15 per level)
700 mana (+10 per level)
5 Regen (+0.3 per level)

Talents (WIP)

LEVEL 1
-Seasoned Marksman
-Regeneration Master
-Conjurer's Pursuit
-Transformation Mastery: Transforming restores 8% of your max health and mana, but now has a 5 second cooldown and increases the channel time by 1 second.
-Survival instincts: A fancy way of saying "Block"
LEVEL 4
-Faerie Burn: Faerie Fire slow increased by 10% and lasts 3 seconds longer.
-Prey on the Weak: Rake damage bonus on bleeding targets increased by 10%. Using Rake on a bleeding target reduces it's cooldown by 2 seconds.
-Constellation: Starsurge range increased by 15%, and AOE radius by 10%. AOE damage is now 75% of the main target damage.
-Malorne's Gift: While in Travel form your Hero takes 10% less damage.
-Amplified healing
LEVEL 7
-Tough Pelt: Taking damage in Bear form doubles your basic attack resistance for 3 seconds. Has a cooldown of 30 seconds.
-Rend: Bleed effect length incresed by 1 second and it does 25% more damage
-Elune's Blessing: Eclipse can stack up to 2 more times
-Feral Swiftness: Transforming grants your Hero 30% increased movement speed for 8 seconds.
-Follow-through
LEVEL 10
-Heroics listed above
LEVEL 13
-Hardened Oak: 50% of damage blocked by Barkskin is returned to your hero as healing
-Reaching Claws: Swipe range increased by 10%. Bleeding targets move 10% slower.
-Starfire: Shooting Stars radius and range increased by 20%. Shooting stars now holds two charges.
-Battle-momentum
LEVEL 16
-Skull Smash: Skull Bash range increased by 20%, and stun length increased by 1 second.
-From the shadows: When Stealth ends or is broken, your basic attacks deal 30% more damage for 3 seconds. If stealth is broken early, you retain the movement speed increase.
-Solar Flare: Solar Beam silence length increased by 0.75 seconds and deals 20% more damage.
-Stoneskin
-Eagle form: Travel form now turns you into an eagle, allowing you to fly over walls and obstacles.
LEVEL 20
-Guardian of life: Guardian of Elune shield increased to 50% your max health, last 5 seconds longer and radius of protection increased by 50%
-Savage Charge: Savage Roar is now targetable, and can be used on allies. If used on an ally, you still gain the effect.
-Stars Align: Astral Communion now lasts until you have 0 Mana, but you cannot regenerate mana until it ends.
-Nexus Frenzy
-Bolt of the Storm

EDITS:

-Reduced Savage Defense damage resistance from 25% to 15%
-Reduced Eclipse max bonus to 30%
-Astral Communion now lasts 8 seconds, and requires a lvl 20 upgrade to last until you have no mana.
-Transforming now requires a 2 second channel
-Added many neutral talents
-Buffed pretty much all the talents to be more unique and more powerful.
-Added a new talent for the first three tiers.
-Swapped Amplified healing and follow-through to be at the correct talent tier.

I was thinking of giving him a healer form, but honestly three forms is complicated enough already, and we have Malfurion as a support druid anyway.

Missing bear charge? Skull Bash is a charge for bear form.

I was considering making Bear form use rage and Cat use energy, but then I realized that having different resources for every form that you generate in different ways would really screw up HP and Mana percentages staying the same when you switch forms.

I have to say, this is a good concept, except 2 small things : Resources. Bear form should have rage like sonya. For your cat form, you should use energy, or generally remove resources from the cat form.

Otherwise, the abilities seem alright. The only ability that I'm personally missing is the bear charge.

He does not have a night elf form, and each basic ability is only available when he is in the correct form.
