- Aggressive hunter perfected to eliminate targets.
- Combines a  Rake attack pattern with its  Cleavers to keep targets from escaping.
 Leaps onto prey as an instinct.
- Can evolve from the beginning. Either evolves its pincers to  Execute enemies; or focuses on enhanced senses to  Pursuit those who attempt to flee.

Combat Trait

Hunger
First basic attack within 6 seconds against a target will cause Butch to leap and deal 150% attack damage.
If an enemy hero reaches 3 marks of Rake, the leap cooldown refreshes on them and consumes the marks.

Slaying an enemy hero grants Butch 20% of his maximum health and refreshes all Hunger leap cooldowns.

Primary Abilities

Q: Rake
Cooldown: 1.5 seconds
Deal 136 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies in melee range and mark them with Rake, up to 3 marks.
Subsequent Rakes against the same target also deal 25% increased damage, up to 10 times.
All bonuses vanish if they are not refreshed within 2 seconds.
Deals 10% increased damage to slowed targets.

W: Cleave
Cooldown: 7 second
Slash a thin cone in front, dealing 236 (+4% per level) damage and knocking up all targets for 0.75 seconds. After they land, their movement speed is slowed by 40% for 2.5 seconds.
Basic attacks reduce this cooldown by 2 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Execute
Cooldown: 11 seconds
Deals 33% of a target's missing health and gain 50% of damage dealt over 6 seconds.

Pursuit
Cooldown: 14 seconds
Innately, all enemy heroes in a large area nearby with less than 50% maximum health are marked on Butch's map.
Activate to gain 25% movement speed for 3 seconds, doubled when running towards a revealed target.

Special Mount

Burrow
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Innately move 10% faster.
Activate to move underground for 4 seconds while being invulnerable and fully invisible.

Ending and author's notes

Well! Thank you so much for checking out Butch. Took some time to make his kit "click", and it was through accidentally deleting his E that I realized, hey, he doesn't need a third ability. This is perfect!

He isn't hard to play, and his skill ceiling probably isn't as high as my Edwin, but I feel like playing Butch could be very fun and adrenaline rushed with all the leaping through minion waves and raking enemies to death with relentless swipes and cleaves coming from those spooky zerg appendages.

Alright, I hope you found him interesting, and as always, I wish you a good one.

Changelog

v1.2 - Typos and such
Tier 5: Follow Through removed, changed to Follow Up. Damage reduced from 40% to 30% and 1.5 seconds window to 1 second.
Tier 4: Adaptation changed to "Marauder". Bonus distance each time increased to 3% from 2%.
Tier 6: Evolved Cleavers now also reduces ability damage, and Ambusher cooldown reduction buffed.
Tier 7: Faint Attack unstoppable window increased to 2 seconds from 1.25.
Increased Execute cooldown from 8 to 11 seconds.

Q: Rake cooldown increased to 1.5
Escape now grants resistance to slowing and rooting effects innately as well as root-cleanse on activation.
Burrow no longer grants slow resistance.
Adaptation bonus damage increased to 200% from 175%.
Exoskeleton Endurance shield duration reduced from 3 seconds to 1.5.
Follow Through attack window reduced from 2 seconds to 1.5.
Burrow duration reduced to 2.5 seconds from 3.
Fast Claws increases burrow duration from 0.5 to 1.5.
Ventral Glaive tooltip is clearer.

Was so confused about him having 2 abilities until I read your note and then it all made sense. Brilliant honestly.

Very good concept. I don't think 2 basic abilities are an issue since Raynor technically has 2 basic abilities unless you talent for it.
Just some suggestions to make your concept more presentable:

- Reassign its trait to be his E ability but just mark it as passive.
- Make its mount passive into its trait

Hey! Thanks for commenting!
I purposefully kept him "E free". I want to convey the simplicity of a zerg predator, and since Blizzard has toyed with the idea of less or more than 4 abilities and a trait, I think this fits perfectly.
Also I see your point on the mount passive, but again the trait is related to the zerg's ability to burrow, not its ability to hunt down and consume, hence the positioning of the passive text.
