Captain Davis

Captain of Stormwind Footmen

Captain Davis is melee tank-specialist originating from Warcraft universe. Leading a small group of brave soldiers he provides his team with tactical advantage. While he starts off being very basic frontline cannon fodder, his talents open a way to more advanced playstyles, transforming him into a powerful initiator, an indestructible bulwark or a siege master.

Combat Trait

Set up camp
Cooldown: 20 seconds

Captain Davis creates a camp for his squad, letting him enlist soldiers in place of the fallen ones and regain Stamina (20/sec). Soldiers stationing in the camp can support nearby fort, providing minor amounts of repairs and ammunition. (Soldier spawns every 12 seconds.)

Primary Abilities

Charge!!!
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Cost: 40 Stamina

Captain Davis and his soldiers charge to a target area, stopping on first enemy hit (slightly prioritizing Heroes), dealing average damage and dampening their movement forward.

Rally up!
Cooldown: 6 seconds

Captain Davis rallies his soldiers, gathering them in one place and immediately restoring 60 points of Stamina.

Shields!!!
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Cost: 30 Stamina

Captain Davis and his soldiers rise their shields for one second, increasing their hitbox against skillshots and letting each of them completely negate one instance of damage.

Secondary Abilities

Push them back!!!
Cooldown: 3 seconds

Captain Davis and his soldiers swing their shields, dealing average damage and knocking enemies away in a cone. Re-orients Phalanx.

Nobody dies today!!!
Cooldown: 3 seconds

Captain Davis rallies his soldiers, regenerating their shields up to 100% of their max hp. Re-orients the Phalanx.

Stop them!!!
Cooldown: 4 seconds

Captain Davis and his soldiers turn their shields, blocking completely one instance of damage and re-orienting Phalanx. As long as they face the chosen direction, they gain a shield equal to 500% of their max hp.

Heroic Abilities

Saddle up!
Cooldown: 90 seconds

Captain Davis and his soldiers mount their horses for 15 seconds after 1 second channel.
They regenerate 100 point of Stamina and their movement speed is passively increased by 30%. Your basic abilities gain additional effects:
- Charge!!! ignores unit collision, increases damage dealt by 50% and stuns targets hit for 0.75 seconds.
- Rally up! regenerates 100 points of Stamina.
- Shields!!! slightly knocks enemies away.

Phalanx!
Cooldown: 10 seconds (starts after deactivating ability)
Toggled ability

Captain Davis and his squad form an impenetratable, circle-shaped wall of shields, blocking enemy movement and skillshots. Each of your soldiers gains a shield equal to 100% of their max hp. Right-clicking on allied hero locks your squad on them, surrounding and following them automatically. Your basic abilities are replaced with their alternatives.

Special Mount

Forceful march
Captain Davis forces his squad to move 40% faster. Your squad doesn't regenerate Stamina during Forceful March.

Finally, I managed to write everything in semi-readable form. This is definitely unpolished, so I'm open to any suggestions and/or critics. Talents soon (probably), expect a lot of impractical camp (passive) extending talents.
