LEVEL 1
Impetus Slugs (Trait) - Concord Cannon deals 10% more damage to enemies at the edge of the target area.
Afterburners (Z) - allows you to activate your mount ability granting 60% movement speed for 4 seconds. 30 second cooldown.
Smart Rockets (Quest) - Damage heroes 50 times with the splash damage of Lexington Rockets.
Reward - Lexington Rockets now deal 100% splash damage and splash damage area is increased by 50%.
LEVEL 4
Seeker Mine (W) - Can now be targeted on the ground to turn the missile into a mine. The mine will then travel towards an enemy hero when it comes within range. Only 1 mine can be active at a time. Can still fire seeker missiles when a mine is active.
Flash Warhead (W) - Seeker missile blinds the target and reduces their vision range for 2 seconds.
Missile Recycler (W) - While travelling, seeker missile can be reactivated to have it return and reduce the cooldown by 4 seconds and heal for 4% of maximum health.
LEVEL 7
Ramming Speed (Q) - Become protected for 1 second when hitting a hero.
Sniper (E) - Gain stealth when entering defender mode. Cancels when attacking or taking damage.
Defensive Matrix (E) - Gain 10 armor when in defender mode. Increase this armor to 25 if stunned, rooted, silenced or slowed.

LEVEL 13
Recoil Recovery (Passive) - Basic attacks heal you for 20% of the damage dealt.
Wind Tunnel (Q) - Leaves behind a trail of wind for 3 seconds that increases the movement speed of allies inside by 30%.
Nano-Deflective Armor (Active) - activate to reduce all damage taken by 40%, increase movement speed by 20% and regenerate 15% of your maximum health over 3 seconds. Cannot attack or use abilities while active.
LEVEL 16
Sensor Calibration (Quest) - Attack enemies with Concord Cannon 60 times including attacks done so far or participate in a takedown of all unique enemy heroes while in Defender mode.
Reward: Increases the attack area of defender mode by 20%.
Expanded Missle Bays (W) - Can now store up to 2 charges of seeker missile. Each charge has a 3 second cooldown between uses.
Smokescreen (Z) - Activate hover jets to deploy smoke that reduces enemy vision in a large area around the ship for 3 seconds.
The liberator becomes cloaked for 2 seconds.
LEVEL 20

Tactical Jump - Activate to warp to the target location after 3 seconds. Vanishes from the map and is invincible while warping.
Advanced Ballistics (E) - Increases Defender Mode Cast range by 40% and Fighter mode attack range by 1.5.
