Celestine, A gilnean harvest witch who learned the ways of the druidism and teach it to her students in gilneas. She also helped healing mount hyjal after the firelands have erupted there
In-game Celestine excels in pushing and controlling fights, she has abit of support element to her, but unlike Malfurian she has more damage to deliver.
Combat Trait
1
Two forms
Celestine can change her forms freely, while human she has small health and mana regen bonus and while worgen she moves faster and her mounting cast time is reduced by 50%.
Primary Abilities
1
Wild thorns
Celestine sends a small wave of thorns in front of her that slowly move forward a long distance, slowing and damaging any enemy in their path.
2
Bloom
Celestine throws a seed at a target location that heals all allies and minions for 4 seconds, after 4 seconds a treant spawns that has ranged attacks and deal 200% more damage to structers.
3
Full Moon
Celestine inspires all allies around her for 7 seconds, buffing their attacks to deal 2% damage of their targets health and also transform all mage minions in the area into mooncasters that have 200% more health and deal 150% more damage.
Heroic Abilities
1
Starfall
Celestine channels for up to 10 seconds, draining 7% of her mana each second. While channeling stars start falling all around the map dealing damage to structures and heroes, if celestine destroys or kills a unit with this ability she gains 14% of her mana back.
2
The harvest
Celestine channels for 10 seconds draining 5% of her mana per second, while channeling celestine transforms friendly minions around her into treants, if she channales for full 10 seconds she summons a big treant that takes reduced damage from turrets.
Special Mount
1
Running wild
While in worgen form Celestine's mount is replaced with running mount, this mount casting time is 50% less and it moves 15% faster then normal mount.
Interesting concept, I always like to see more concepts on characters that are seen but not as big or important in WoW (i.e. my Lilian Voss concept). There is just some things I'd like to suggest, if you're willing to listen.
The way her skills are set up, it sounds like she's a support character rather than a specialist. And that's fine! You can still have a support character and keep them different from Malfurion. Not all support characters have to have great heals (i.e. Tyrande) Her heal, buff, and slow for her basic abilities makes for a pretty decent support character.
As for Starfall...I'm afraid to inform you that Tyrande already has the spell Starfall. Regardless, just talking about the ability itself, I think having it hit all structures and heroes on the map is kinda OP, don't you think? (Who does she think she is, Nu Wa from Smite?) My suggestion is that you just change this skill completely to something else that's druidy. However! If you're dead set on Starfall, I at least suggest you don't make it global (until level 20 that is and you get a talent for it).
