Ranged Assassin - Wizard of Xiansai

Combat Trait

Switch Magic Armor
Activate your trait (D) to switch between your magic shield: "Energy Armor", "Storm Armor", and "Ice Armor". 
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Energy Armor
Each basic attack grants you 5% bonus ability power, stacking up to 20 times. This bonus damage is reset after casting an ability. Energy armor stacks can only be consumed while Energy armor is active.

Storm Armor
Every 3 seconds, release a static charge for 35(+15 per level) onto an enemy, preferring low health heroes, dealing up to 50% more damage the further away the enemy is.

Ice Armor
Every 10 seconds, gain a shield equal to 15% of your maximum health. Reduce the movement speed of all enemies within 30 yards by 20%

Primary Abilities

Energy Twister
Summons an Energy Twister at the target location, dealing 25(+12 per level) damage every second in target area for 6 seconds. you can recall it's location once.

Arcane Torrent
While channeling, hurl a barrage of arcane projectiles at the target enemy, dealing increasing damage and mana cost the longer it is cast.
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Mana: 8 +3 mana every second.

Teleport
Teleport to the target location, leaving a mirror image of yourself behind.
Cooldown: 16 seconds
Mana: 50

Heroic Abilities

Hydra
Summon an Arcane, Storm, or Frost hydra for 10 seconds, based on your active shield.

Arcane Hydra: Shoots arcane torrents, each hit gaining 2 Arcana stacks (5% ability power)
Storm Hydra: Shoots lightning, each hit restoring 5 mana to your hero.
Frost Hydra: Shoots Frostbolts, (????)

Cooldown: 60 seconds
Mana: 60

Meteor
Summon an immense meteor that plummets from the sky, crashing into enemies after a short delay. it's effect being based on your current active shield.

Star Pact (Energy Armor): Reduce it's cooldown to 45 seconds

Thunder Crash (Storm armor): Removes the delay in which the meteor crashes on enemies. Enemies hit by meteor become vulnerable, taking 25% additional damage for 5 seconds.

Comet (Ice armor) : Enemies hit by the meteor are stunned for 1.5 seconds, and their movement speed reduced by 60 seconds for 3 seconds after the freeze effect.

Cooldown: 90 seconds
